Lovely as always - see earlier review. Although a man was there on the last night - bit strange since we thought it was a supposed to be a girls only hostel. I'm guessing he snuck in with one of the guests. I guess this is why it is good to have a staff member on site.

I stayed in a dorm-bed room for 2 nights. The place itself is nice esp. the kitchen and the spacious living room. But I find the place a bit far from the Taipei city centre. Including walking and all the MRT transition, it usually took me more than 30 minutes to get to the Taipei Station. In terms of location, it is a little bit pricey.

Lovely hostel in a local area which gives you a taste of authentic Taipei. Do try the vegetarian buffet down the street! Oh and a new coffee and sandwich breakfast place has opened up across the road and the staff like to practice their English with you there. Much more space than other hostels in Taipei which suits westerners with big backpacks.!
