I can't speak for the main room, but I was taken to the "second location" which was basically a big dirty, dark and stinky room with at least 16 beds separated only by curtains. The bathroom was disgusting too. That said, it was good enough, the people there were nice, and the bed was very comfortable. I got a solid 12 hours. As other people say, it's a place to sleep and nothing more.

This is mixed shared room - If all you need is a bed and a bathroom and you don't particularly mind odd smells and a room with the feel of a tree-house-come-pillow-fort then this is the place for you! Really really good location right next to Ximen station entrance 1. There are sectioned off areas (by curtains etc.) so the most you will have to share your area with is 3 other people. If you're just looking for a cheap place to lay your head then this is fine. But don't expect much more.

Excellent location. Eddy is very helpful and easy-going. I was traveling in a 5 people group and staying together. The room likes a simple apartment, make us feel at home. It is worth the money.

The location of the hostel is good, however it is very old and dirty. After a few minutes in the lobby of the hostel, we thought about leaving and looking for a different hostel but they offered us a room in their "new location" and gave us a discount rate for a private room there. The room in the new location was fine, but I can't recommend the dorm room we had originally booked in the original location.

So expensive for800 nt per night for 10 mixed dorm but 12 mixed in real.when book show 10 mixed, place is not same address.the other day is 300 nt but sometimes chang rate depending on demands.it is veary bad when charged. The resonable price is not more than 300- 400 NT,if more should not stay.

Well, the location was really good. it was very closed with ximen station. And eddy was really kind. that was good too. But you know it was the cheapest place in taipei. so you can imagine the facilities are the cheapest. This place is just for sleep :) for just sleep, it wasn't bad..

Great location situated within a night market area (bustling wet market during the daytime). Close to Taipei 101 area with plenty of cheap eats and coffee shops nearby (you'll need the help of something like Foursquare to find them). Rooms were a good size, clean, you can request towels. They have a common area and it's easy to meet other travellers. Difficult to find the first time, it's above a tattoo shop with the entrance just down a side street. Follow the instructions on their website.
