Taiwan Hualien Sunrise Hostel Reviews

Owner was very friendly and kind in giving directions as to what is good in Hualien.

All the rooms are really cute, clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely nice. The hostel isn't located in the center of Hualien, but taxi service is affordable and convenient, especially if you have a phone. If you want to rent motorbikes, be sure to bring your international licence. Sunrise Hostel is a great place to stay, it absolutely worth the money, highly recommended!

The room is perfect, on every aspect! Beautiful, cozy, convenient. The first time you step, you feel warmly welcomed. Rachel, the manager, gave us the best service during the trip. She even help me to organize my clothes!! Soooo nice! Sunrise is kind of famous in Hualien, at least all the taxi drivers we met knew its location. It's a little far away from the railway station, but Rachel can arrange to pick you by car, for free! You can also book for the tourist bus from Rachel. It's amazing!

A very cute and comfortable little hotel with a friendly staff. They helped us to hire taxi and give free shuttle to the train station, couldn't be more grateful for their kindness. The rooms are very comfortable, but no window. Wifi, water, every facility is excellent, very-very clean, I think absolutely worth the money! A little bit far from the train station, but the taxi is cheap and the owners are very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel, it's probably the best hostel I have ever stayed in. It's beautiful and the staff at the hostel are so warm and helpful. They even clean the rooms and make the beds daily.
