Nice and clean, staff friendly. expensive food, Yellow dal was worst i have had in india. If getting up early to go to Taj make sure you leave at 5am, we went early to see sunrise and after getting tickets and rickshaw down to the entrance gate there was a massive queue so we saw the sunrise while outside.Nice and clean, staff friendly. expensive food, Yellow dal was worst i have had in india. Unfortunately, our experience with Taj Home Stay was not a good one. Do not trust the personnel, they will try to a) force you to use their own tuk-tuk, which will be much more expensive than what you can get outside b) eat in their restaurant that is over-priced. Do not trust anything they say. But however, the room is very stylish and clean, but of course that is what you expect to get with that price. The area is quiet, so good for sleeping, but you need atuk-tuk to go anywhere.Unfortunately, our experience with Taj Home Stay was not a good one. Great place, it is truly a home away from home. The owner is a wonderful person full of wonderful stories and gives the best advice on how to see Agra. I will come back to this place whenever I am in Agra.Great place, it is truly a home away from home. The staff are incredibly helpfull with things like booking auto rickshaws for gettnig around Agra, its very clean and i had a genuinely plesent stay! The food is a little expensive but you get what you pay for, also there is internet access in the lobby for guests which i found very helpfull. The staff are incredibly helpfull with things like booking auto rickshaws for gettnig around Agra, its very clean and i had a genuinely plesent stay! A good hotel with comfy beds and a back up generator which was priceless in Agra. The staff are friendly though a little pushy with trying to get you to book through them but I would definitly stay there again.A good hotel with comfy beds and a back up generator which was priceless in Agra.
