This place is by far the best backpackers in town. It is definitely a little bit out of town...about 10 mins walk but its worth staying there. Roberto is brilliant and so is the rest of the staff....Highly recommend this place.This place is by far the best backpackers in town. The indoor private rooms are only air-conditioned during the late evening/night time hours. Beds are pretty rough. Fairly cheap, but there are other finds in the area. A lovely clean, safe and friendly hostel. Great location - 5 mins walk from the centre but far enough away that you don\'t get all the noise that you do in the other hostels. I am rating the cleanliness lower than I maybe should due to the snake I found in the bathroom. It certainly left a poor first impression for me, but besides that it was cleaner than other hostels. What killed this experience for my friend and I was the location and staff. This hostel is ridiculously difficult to find the first time, and the staff was way too uptight. They have the typical rules of any hostel, but the manner of their enforcement is demeaning and stifling.
