I have a bad experiance for my 1st day at the hotel. The staff told me that they could not find my booking while i present my booking no from Hostelworld. They transfer me to another hotel which the cost is bear by them but the condition of the hotel is very very bad. Im very disappointed. They get me my rooms on the 2nd day and thereafter. Overall It is a very clean and the location is nice. Great place to stay - clean rooms; small but perfectly adequate (and of course the aircon is better in a small room). Nice terrace to cool down and watch Kuta life go by. Breakfast of pastries was much better than I've had before in Kuta. Highly recommended.
