Actually we can t recomand this hostel. Although the location in palermo is very good and the staff is well organized, i have to say that the rooms aren t very clean, also the bathrooms aren t. The double room was very dirty and very hot. For the money we paid you can find other hostels in palermo which are much more nicer and cleanier.

Great location, but sheets were dirty and the staff was not as kind as I've experienced at other places. Their travel agent, Vicki, is amazing though and helped us make arrangements for anything and everything we wanted to do in the city.

The staff was dissapointing I found. Having only one computer for such a big hostel is little cheap. I still think it s a good hotel !

Besides that it's a good place to get to meet new people, I wouldn't go here again. To start with, there's only one computer being held occupied a big part of the time by people working in the hostel. The showers are sometimes cold or suddenly very hot while standing under it. Breakfast is average, nothing special and the double rooms are the smallest I've ever seen in South-America. Though there's is a good kitchen to cook if you want to.

I loved this place. I truly felt like it was a 'home away from home'. The location was excellent (walking distance from tons of shops, restaurants and bars/clubs and just down the street from the D line subway and tons of buses). The staff was extremely helpful (thank you Nico, Lara, Deepa and Vicki!) and friendly. It was a great place to meet tons of interesting people (many of which I traveled with).

Good hostel, I would reccomend staying at it. The bathrooms could have been cleaner but it was ok. The staff was very receptive and treated people well.

Belle was super courteous and helpful. If she didn't have to sleep she would be at the front desk 24hours. Poor girl needs a vacation and a pay raise! :)

Reasonable hostel. Busy with lots of young travellers and movement. Moderately clean, but smokers area was directly outside our room which wasn't pleasant. All round, was happy with stay though.

Buen Onda! Chill hostel, friendly staff and guests. The terrace is a real draw, and the neighborhood is wonderful. Rates go up on the 15th significantly :(.

some of the lockers were broken and the toilets/showers were being cleaned (and therefore closed) between 9 and 10am. The staff were generally really good, but trying to pay for drinks could be problematic due to a lack of small pesos notes.

Ideally located in Palermo, near clubs and restaurants, in a slightly maze-like old building full of character. Helpful and attentive staff. Could do with a second computer, but that´s pretty much the only niggle.

they allow smoking and it wafts into your room at all hours in the hot humid air barly moved by weak fan. kitchen is small and cramped and closes at 10 pm as well does the balcony.staff are very helpful and friendly, except if you complain about smoking and they blow you off.its loud only from doors slamming.i really apreciated the reusable plastic food containers.if you are a14 yr old boy and like to chain smoke its the place for you.

We got the room up on the terass and that sounded nice, but the temprature in the room was very hot even in the night. Don't chose that room in the late spring or summer if you want to sleep.

The staff was very nice and the vibe was decent but I cancelled my reservation for the next night. The whole place just felt really dingy to me, the kitchen is on the top floor (badly located, up lots of stairs) and they close it at 10 or 11, which in Argentina is absurd since no one eats till 11 or 12midnite. It's the kind of hostel I would stay as a last resort, there are better options. Good luck!

Generally a o.k. place but the small inadequate kitchen and patio close at 10 in the land of midnight dinners. refrigerator is locked also at 10. SMOKING is allowed in one area that caused our room to smell like an ashtray as smoke wafted into the room at all hours undiluted in hot stagnant air unstirred by a weak nearly broken fan. Doors start slamming at 0700. Avoid room 31!

Good location in Palermo, close to public transport system, very friendly staff, good breakfast, nice rooms. Only downside: the bathrooms are a little cramped and not so clean. Good kitchen and rooftop terrace.

Really awesome hostel right in the middle of Palermo with everything you could need just a stone's throw away. My girlfriend and I originally booked just 1 night because we planned on changing to a friends hostel, but we ended up staying 7 nights! The stay was made so much better by the staff who are always willing to help with whatever you need, so thank you Niko/Leo/Max and the others :). PS. Breakfast is the best I've had out of all the hostels I've stayed in in South America.
