The lockers in the rooms are not the most secure, and could be easily broken into. The kitchen and sittingroom are excellent.

TangoInn is a amazing hostel. If you book the superior double room in the 4th floor you have a spectacular view of the lake and the mountains. Also the jacuzzi is included (45min each day). It the jacuzzi is working its great. They have a problem with the hot water. So sometimes you have to use a cold shower... But everything else is great. Highly recommended!

The reception was not so nice. We had problems with the keys and had to go up and down many times. Just one key for a dorm. It was clean. The stuff in the morning in the kitchen was nice. They prepare pancaces and eggs. The so called spa is extra and just for special opening times. We could not use it. It is on the hill and you need to go by taxi or remise. By walk it is impossible to go there. The view is great. The dorm bets are ok but not really good... for one night ok.

Nice hostel and great breakfasts. Always clean. One thing that was frustrating was the wifi. It was so so slow!

Our stay was great in most aspects, the staff helped us on several occasions and the breakfast was good. We enjoyed our room too apart from the noise on a Friday and Saturday until around 5am. There was loud music and shouting downstairs which could easily be heard from our room on the second floor and none of the staff seemed to make an effort to keep things quiet.

One of the main reason that we - and many others - stayed at Tangoinn was the fact that it boasts a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was non-operational throughout he entirety of our 4 day stay and had been for some time. This would not have been so disappointing if not for the emphasis the hostel placed on the jacuzzi on the hostelworld website. Another point of annoyance was the disorganisation among staff who failed to properly organise our reservation and forced us to shift rooms unnecessarily.

Bit of a trek from Bus station but easy bus service (buy your ticket at kiosk in terminal before boarding). Great views cross the lake from balconies. Great breakfast.

DO NOT BOOK HERE FOR THE JACUZZI! It's not included in the price and should not be your "clincher". The hostel is in an ok location and has a nice kitchen and common area, but oddly lacks places to sit, making socialising harder than it should be. The breakfast is ok, and there is plenty of fridge room. The rooms are stacked high, and the staff really need to get into the habit of showing people around as they don't seem to think it's necessary. there are better options available.

Weekend staff was friendly enough, but staff during the week was bad. At week-day breakfast we were given a hard time about getting breakfast/ weren't given the full breakfast we had on the other days. During check-out we asked to leave our things in a locked space. She said yes, but when we returned the room was unlocked, door wide open, with no employee in sight. We then tried to leave (you need to be let in/out of the hostel), and waited over 10 mins before she came down to let us out

The hostel had good facilities such as a bathroom in every dorm, a cleaning lady every day, a nice kitchen where everyone could eat and a spacious living room with a television. But if you wanted to used the jacuzzi you had to pay. The atmosphere was ok, but even though i was there a whole week (and over christmas) the staff didn't make any planes. They were very passive and didn't help a lot about what the city had to offer.. And a lot of families lives here.
