Tanoy guest house is located in the center of the town, at Wat that Village, kok sack road, near joma bakery on the next street (to the south, then you just walk down to the soi, then you will see TANOY GUESTHOUSE)
Quiet place,cleaned, kind and good information, speaking a littal of french and English as we are a small family business, but we still can help you for sure. & Internet access for free (1 work station) also secured WiFi for guests.

- The north us station about 15 minutes and the air port about 20 minutes by tuk-tuk.

- 1 triple room (2 big beds & 1 small bed for 5 people)
- 2 Twin rooms
- 2 double rooms
- 1 triple rooms (1 big bed & 1 small bed)
*1 Standard room with shower (and toilet) inside (no air condition)
*2 rooms with shower (and toilet) outside as below:
- 2 Basic Double rooms (no air-condition)
Note: All the rooms are comes with fan

Staff was very nice and helpful, just value for money not that much. I guess you pay for the location. If you want a place that's really near to the center, go for it. We found a place for the same price but way nicer, it was just further away from the center. But you can rent a bike for 10k kip a day if you want to avoid the 10min walk to the market/center.
