My family and i reach taroko Liwu hostel on the 17 may but no one attended to us. After much hassle of calling the owner, we then realised that the entire hostel was sold to another owner on the 16 may without informing us. The owner then allocated us to some rundown, dilapidated building with extremely poor security. It was so bad that we decided to forgo the 10% deposit and went to another hostel instead. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOSTEL.
