Free pudding was awesome (and tasty)! A bit far from the city center but only a 10-15 min walk.

We LOVED Tasman Bay Backpackers. It was our favorite hostel we stayed in during our trip to New Zealand. It felt like they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable -- and the pudding was divine! Great place -- highly recommended.

Nice hostel, breakie and the chocolate pudding are an added bonus. Little bit of a hike from the main street in a residential area. On the plus side it makes it nice and quiet
