Had a fantastic time. Arrived due to drastic change of plans, and staff and managers were very helpful and supportive, and very approachable and great to talk to. Great location, comfy beds. Free washing machine & dryer were a fantastic bonus. The rooms are ok (comfy, clean etc), just some are a bit dark. Good location, but then it's like some spare rooms recycled in hostel. Managment doesn't seem to care of the hostel, and must be more busy with their bar/games business downstairs. It is quite run down, and not cleaned very well, but the location and staff were great! Had the rooms been nicer itwould have been a really great hostel!! The hostel felt very cold in the Australian spring time. More cooking utensils are definitely required. Great location, very secure. Staff are a mixed bunch, kitchen is pretty filthy and poorly supervised.
