Had a fantastic time. Arrived due to drastic change of plans, and staff and managers were very helpful and supportive, and very approachable and great to talk to. Interior quite lavish for a backpackers hostel, and our room was quite comfortable.

Great location, comfy beds. Free washing machine & dryer were a fantastic bonus. The rooms are ok (comfy, clean etc), just some are a bit dark. Not a huge amount of space to put your stuff if the dorms are full.

Good location, but then it's like some spare rooms recycled in hostel. Managment doesn't seem to care of the hostel, and must be more busy with their bar/games business downstairs. From showers to kitchen, it's small and hard to find something working properly.

It is quite run down, and not cleaned very well, but the location and staff were great! Had the rooms been nicer itwould have been a really great hostel!! I do recommend it!   Read Owner Comments

the room was fine, but the kitchen utensils, stoves and bathrooms made me cringe. the kettle was frighteningly black. someone smoked in the lounge even though it wasnt allowed. staff was helpful and chatty though. but it sure didnt deliver what it promised in the website, like free breakfast, milk/tea/coffee... if given a choice, i would pay slightly more for a better cleaner newer hostel, even though tatts' location was good and there's free internet. not very safe to store luggage either

The hostel felt very cold in the Australian spring time. More cooking utensils are definitely required. The beds and the floors squeaked but it was grand, I?d probably stay there again the next time I?m in Adelaide.

Great location, very secure. Staff are a mixed bunch, kitchen is pretty filthy and poorly supervised. Noise from outside can be pretty unbearable, especially at the weekends.
