Really beautiful hostel and very friendly staff. Great installations and beds.
Private rooms are perfect. Our bathroom could have been a little cleaner but otherwise flawless. Rooftop balcony is great for a sun bake and some drinks. Pancake maker at breakfast was a nice touch but some more fruit would have been great. Overall, a great stay and would certainly go again
One of the best hostels we have stayed in. Bedrooms and facilities were fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful. We had the 10€ dinners served at the hostel both nights of our trip, which served great food and wine and were a really good way to meet other travellers. Located in the heart of the city and about a 15 min walk to the Ribera district.
Great hostel. Walking distance to everything in Porto. The dinner with the staff is fantastic, sit down with the rest of the guests and have a dinner. Great social vibe and friendly staff
The staff was beyond friendly, the location could not have been more perfect (literally three minutes from the metro, Sao Bento Station, and walkable to almost everything). The rooms were especially clean and felt very new. Also worth mentioning is that the hostel has a private bathroom and shower situation which is meant for only one person and closes as such, with powerful rain showers. The curtains around the bed are awesome, as is the whole decor.
the location is terrific, the breakfast is regular. Nothing to criticize, great hostel!
Came here with super high expectations, and overall i would say i was very satisfied! The atmosphere and decoration were great. Bathrooms, rooms, livingroom, and nearly every place were superb. Breakfast was also a huge highlight! The only problem i would say i had, was that the rooms were a little too hot at night, but this is me being picky. Come to this hostel for sure!
This place is extremely highly rated and it is a pretty impressive, decent sized hostel. The dorms are a great size with comfortable beds that have plug sockets, reading lights and curtains which is a nice touch. The staff are friendly and very helpful and there is a great breakfast included in the price of your stay. If I'm picky the only downsides were my pillow and duvet which both had pretty bad yellow stains over them when I came to put the sheets on. But sortable, I had a great stay!
Well-run hostel with trendy but functional layout. It has an elevator! Staff will take good care of you. Main downside for me is perhaps due to its size: large groups of single nationalities sometimes overwhelm a space and detract from an atmosphere of traveler community.
This hostel was very nice looking, but felt more like a hotel than anything else. Its very well made, but the environment isnt the best to meet people especially if youre travelling by yourself. The staff were a bit offputting, mostly because on my last day i kept coming in back and forth to ask questions and got a lot of attitude out of one certain staff. Overall, good hotel not hostel and would recommend if youre travelling as a group.
A super hostel with unbelievably friendly staff. The girls on reception, Georgie behind the bar and the chef made me and my friends feel really welcome. Check out the authentic little Portugese drinking dens a minute up the road from the hostel where you can get a beer for a euro.
Excellent hostel. Really professional place, but with a feeling of hospitality around. Definitely recommend it.
Had a great dinner at the hostel with staffs and met some really interesting people.
I loved this Hostel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Porto. The location is on a back road, but it's only a 5 min walk to the train station and to a lot of restaurants and tourist shops. The hostel staff were super friendly and they had one of the best ensuite bathroom set ups I've seen in a hostel.

Honestly THE best hostel I have ever stayed in. The bed was super comfortable, the lockers and curtains made everything so easy and secure. The bathrooms facilities were impeccable and the staff were simply incredible! Couldn't more highly recommend. Thank you for an amazing stay!
Not quite as nice as the photos suggest. Great location next to the train station, with great free breakfast (make your own pancakes). The beds are wonderful, with curtains and lockers underneath (no need for your own padlock), & and the en-suite dorm bathroom was also very good. The shower felt like being under a waterfall. The hostel seems to offer numerous expensive trips. The area isn't very nice, and the staff didn't seem anything special. Not quite as good as the ratings suggest.
One of the best hostels I've stayed at by far. The beds were amazing with curtains, lights, powerpoints and a fan! The rooms also had toilets and showers attached! Had dinner with the staff both nights (definitely recommend, only 10 euros and you get 3 courses and drinks), even chatted with the owner and his family for a while, who were lovely and always keen to get involved. Everyone is so friendly, Anna, Andre and George were absolutely fantastic! So helpful. It was always clean. No problems!
The staff were not forthcoming in giving us tips or helping us during our stay. One of our beds still had dirty sheets on our arrival and we were both locked out of the room and our lockers midway through our stay for no apparent reason. It is good having a curtain for each bunk to give privacy but the bathroom was very smelly as there is no ventilation at all so it remains damp. There was also no where to hang towels to dry in our room. Walls are thin too so can hear other rooms and hallway.
