The place was great, and the free breakfasts are fantastic (you get a choice of 4-5 things :)), however the downstairs rooms get all the noise from the dining room and the little courtyard out the back, so if you have a group up talking loudly til 2 in the morning and then a couple loudly reading the morning newspaper to each other at 7am, it could result in little sleep.
