Totally recommended for any young groups staying in split! The staff at the hostel were absolutely amazing- they spent so much time recommending places to eat and places to go on day trips, even printing out ferry and bus schedules! The hostel was spotless, towels (beach and shower!) provided on request, individual lockers per person, little communal deck area. Bathrooms are shared (separated by gender) and the showers are a little weird, but if you're a student its basically like a nice dorm.

Wonderful experience in this hostel. The best part was that they put curtains for every bed so that guests wouldn't disturb one another, which provided me more privacy while sharing a room with other people.

Best staff and lovely location for food, going out and exploring old town . Been travelling for 4 months and this place was a home away from home.

The hostel was amazing! Good location, big spacious bedrooms with little curtains for some privacy, a very friendly and helpful staff, and clean as well. One of our favorites of the entire trip. Thank you!

I had a great fun in this hostel. The staff are so friendly and really helpful. The bedroom is great with curtain on every bed so there is some privacy even though it's a dorm. Little minus is a kitchen which is only a fridge and microwave but no stove due to limited space. The shower in bathroom is bit annoyed me as people need to press the handle to make the water out.

Cleanest hostel I have ever been. It also has the best rooms and beds that I have slept in. It lacks a little atmosphere and character. Still, I would recomend it to anyone who goes to Split and wants to have a chill stay. Not a hostel for partying.

Tchaikovsky Hostel is one of the best hostels I've stayed in Europe! The beds, rooms, toilet, kitchen and everything are kept very clean and well maintained. The lockers are huge and great! Clean towels are provided. The common area is small, with a sofa, dining and kitchen area all in one, but this makes everyone gather there and easy to strike up conversations. Most importantly, the staff are lovely, very nice and helpful people dedicated to make your stay wonderful!

The hostel was in a great location - only a 5-10 minute walk into the old town. The hostel had everything we needed and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend!

This is THE BEST HOSTEL in Europe. I have traveled across the continent staying in many hostels, this one felt better than my own home. Without a doubt the cleanest hostel ever. The beds were roomy, and the crisp white sheets gave off an air of luxury. Phillips was more than a person working the reception desk, he was 100% there to make EVERY guest comfortable. The themed rooms was a detail not lost. This is not the largest, or fanciest hostel, but it is without a doubt the best, and the price..

We had a nice stay, the staff was excellent, the location was really good. We missed a proper kitchen though, that's the only reason why we didn't stay for weeks :)

This was the best hostel my friend and I stayed at over our spring break trip. It was really clean, and the curtains on the bunk beds gave each guest a little privacy, something uncommon in hostels. The staff was friendly as well.
