The hostel was great! Friendly staff, very clean, good location. I met some amazing people there and had a fun time. Would definitely recommend!

Was a little hard to find from the bus terminal but got a taxi for a few kuna then found it. It is really small and homely - nice if you want to have a quiter hostel stay. Beds are awesome with great privacy (curtains, light, shelves at the bed head). Not great if you want to cook for yourself, but a nice small chillout area to watch movies and a balcony. On the map it looks far away, but it is very central as Split is quite small. Would definitely recommend.

Cute and clean above all-

It's nicely decorated, very clean and the staff was friendly, but it lacks atmosphere. When on arrival I asked whether people usually met up in the (bit sterile) common area around dinner time or anything, the dry response was 'we're not a party hostel'. Wow! I just meant meeting other people in general... Message taken! ;) If you're just looking for a clean bed: go here. If you're more of a social animal and a solo traveller: find something else!

Owner Comment (Hide)
The actual (and quite over-energized) question was if we organize things in the hostel (referring to parties as far as we understood). We responded with a smile and friendly, that we organize activities like pub crawls, day trips, movie evenings, recommend restaurants and bars... The only thing we don't is having parties in the hostel. People socialize in the common area all the time, but with no offense, I guess from a certain age on it becomes harder to connect to younger crowds, too.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hostel was very clean. The lounge was small which made it a little difficult to meet people. However they had satalite tv and tons of movies. Only drawbacks for me was the lack of a kitchen, only had a fridge and microwave Overall great experience !

Amazing stay. So central and Philip is a legend. Only downside (and it's only a tiny one) is that you can't cook there. But everything else is amazing as there are plenty of dining options about! Loved it, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great staff really friendly and helpful, common room small but that was great because you met everyone and made friends so quick, loved my stay and made some great friends there, definitely recommend!
