We had a great time. Staff was VERY helpful, the breakfast was simply the best I've ever got in a hostel and the lounge area was also great. However, the bathroom next to the pool was the FILTHIEST I've ever used. Even touching the tap was extremely disgusting. The room was OK, but not an example of cleaness either. Some blankets were stinking.

The operator Fabio was very helpful upon our arrival in suggesting excellent places to eat. The beds were comfy. It was easy to get to the hostel on the metro. The hostel also offers airport transfers, and once divided by the 3 of us was much cheaper than getting public transport

This hostel does all the basics right - good comfy beds, fresh linen and towels (plastic sealed), large individual lockers, high general security and helpful staff. The facilities are adequate but Unfortunately the kitchen was very basic and rarely cleaned. General cleanliness could be improved overall. Location isn't ideal but it provides a good base to travel from. It's on the blue metro line the same as the bus terminal so only one train to catch. 3.5 stars

Value for money is poor, but that is mainly a reflection on Sao Paulo in general. ALL accommodation is expensive, so relatively this place is pretty good.

This place is the best! Huge, great/clean facilities, great ppl, great location and very artsy. Felt like home! Only thing is avg for security because my locker didnt work and anyone can open the front gate. But its a great neighborhood so wasnt a problem.

Kitchen was pretty dirty. Staff were welcoming. Kitchen was a bit dirty. Dorm beds were fine. Breakfast was eggs or a ham and cheese sandwich - quite nice. The place seemed a bit unorganised at times.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Owner Fabio was an awesome guy! One bathroom between 12 or 15 ppl was a little annoying but overall facilities at hostel were v good. Nice location out of the centre. Definitely recommend.

Nice hostel, great staff, but not much in the way of atmosphere or fun. Location is handy, being right next to the metro, and the rooms were pretty nice as well. A solid choice for a hostel, would recommend.

The staff could care less about those staying in the hostel. They just played video games the whole time and were very unhelpful. The staff also likes to watch YouTube videos early in the morning (very loudly) and wake people up. The breakfast was excellent though!

Nice atmosphere, nice crew, big clean bathrooms, comfortable beds. Rooms could be a little less crowded. I didn't like the way breakfast is served... think it's better when you serve it yourself. Location is fantastic, safe neighborhood and only 3 min walk from metro!
