This place had bed bugs in the big room. We told the guys at the front desk, and it took them about 2-3 days to get someone there to fumigate the place. The big room was stuffy, there was no air circulation, the bathrooms downstairs were dirty, and downstairs in general was just kind of eh. The place was disjointed. In order to get to the top floor from the bottom floor, you had to buzz to be let out, then buzz again to go upstairs. The staff didn't talk to us, not a warm environment.

This hostel has some strange things for it. For one, the door opening is a strange sequence and its a surprise they rely solely on the receptionist for this. But you can deal with it. The biggest problem for me was bed bugs, which after a year of travelling without, i definitely had here. It has a good location and good reception staff but the rest is definitely lacking.

Good kitchen facilities for basic cooking, fridge and gas hobs etc. Staff very friendly and helpful, within walking distance of he casa rosada, florida street, congress, san telmo etc. Slightly noisy in the evenings but this was not a problem for us. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, would reccommend.

This hostel is a great location however if it is raining I suggest not staying here. There are open terraces everywhere and therefore water is everywhere. Bathrooms are not very nice and we ended up moving to the hostel right next door which was much nicer. Our stay might have been better without the rain and water issue.

This hostel is perfect for foodies as myself! The breakfast is fantastic and it includes cereals, croissants, bread with cream cheese, dulce di lecche and butter, coffee, tea and juices. In the rooftop terrace they grow tomatoes! They also grow thyme, mint, rosemary and other spices that you can use to cook your meals. Great bbq also.

it seams the only thing holding the place is the staff. They are nice and polite, the girls are nicer. The Hostel needs lots of maintenance since It has several structural problems (mold & mildew, paint cracking, clogged drain in the shower, greasy tiles,...). the pictures does not show how the rooms really are. Although It has a nice patio on the roof where people can gather at night and interact.

Great staff and great location. No real downside except we had to eventually leave. A great start to Argentina.

Breakfast was never on time, my room never got sweeped, the bathroom was a mess, kitchen facilities were pretty poor, the toilet bowl was licking all the time, receptionists were never at reception, they were unable to give you proper information when asked...and so on.

This really is a lovely hostel in San Telmo, a beautiful part of the city. The breakfast is fantastic: cereals, bread, croissants with jam, butter and cream cheese and the freshly brewed coffee was divine! To top it off, the staff are relaxed, helpful and very friendly. Great value and highly recommended!

Amazing hostel! Very friendly staff, they gave me many useful tips. Great rooftop terrace with bbqs going on every week, ping pong table, hamacs, good music. Best breakfast so far. Great vibes! I'll be back in 4 months.
