As we were informed that we will be staying in Hotel Christina instead of this hostel, it wasn't a surprise to us. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, there were clean towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, coffee, tea and a fridge available for our use, so it was really comfortable. It was a bit cold in the room, but there might have been a heater that we could have used, that we later saw.

It's a pretty good place to stay, as you have access to the main subway station and you can easily reach any place from there. The hotel is an appartment adapted to receive guests. It's really clean, but they don't change towels. The lady that receives you is very nice and really helpful but she only speaks italian, so carry your dictionary. We had some doubts about the city tax , so we spoke in the phone with the owner. She was really rude about it,shouting through the phone and making threats.

First - they relocate us to Cristina hotel. Positive - Big room, with fridge , free coffee, and a machine to heat the water, near the station termini. Negative - All information that I asked was wrong, ( metro schedule, day off in the famous places..) , if you need leave the bags after check out, they put it in the reception, can not use any toilet after check out, nothing.. not very clean, promise one wine and didn't gave, little bit expensive for the facilities and need to prepare the staff

Great Location right near the Termini Train Station, very clean and authentic looking Italian rooms. Was more like a Hotel than a hostel. Great value for Money. THe Street however is not what it says on the Website, so that was a bit confusing.

It's cheap with a good location- that's pretty much it. As previously mentioned we were moved from booked hotel to another so we could have the ensuite as booked. The initial place was smokey and the women spoke no English which made it difficult. The other place was average and did the trick for a night but it's nothing special.

It's a bit strange that the hotel you are booking is not the hotel where you are staying. But the actual hotel is fine.

It would be better if the guest can pay the balance payment by credit card instead of cash only

Thank you Sorina! My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The room was well-kept and clean. The location is wonderful, within a stone's throw of the main train station in Rome. Highly recommended.

Termini Accommodation II was actually "Christina Dependence" and a block further from Termini Station than advertised, but Christina Dependence was a very nice hotel (clean, safe, central, air conditioned), which compared very favourably to most of the other places we stayed at in Italy, particularly given the low price which we paid for it.

We booked a place at Termini II but the people in our room were ill and couldn't leave so the owner had already arranged a place for us at another hotel just 5 minutes down the road. Even with her next to no English, the transition was smooth and easy. We ended up staying at Hotel Christina. We paid the same price, and actually wound up with a private bathroom though we had only paid for shared. Very nice place, clean and secure. Staff are friendly, and Christinas English is very good!
