The girl told us that the this hostel was an one localitation and on the end was another (far away, dirty,,) in any moment conditions offered be the same that she promisse. I needed call her and she shout me and screem. on the end she told me that if we doesn't like it we can leave the house. So we get this option. you can't offer some things and don't has it.

This hostel was extremely unprofessional. We arrived and there they 'forgot' our reservation. The lady who was supposed to meet us was on vacation although we made the reservation more than a week in advance.

Very good guesthouse. The manager came to take us at the bus station, and she explained us where to go and what to do. It's 10mn from city center by walking. But we booked a private double room and the first night we had to share another room with two other guys. And the bathroom was not private...

Note: the guesthouse manager relocated us two days before arrival for unknown reasons. So the apartment where we stayed is located at Ulica Theodorea Roosevelta. No problem for us - it's close to the Bacvice beach and 20 mins walking dist. to the old town. The apt. consists of three bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom w/washing machine. There's one air con in the hallway. We didn't have much contact with other guests so it's a good place for couples or people who value privacy.

the room wasn't at the adress we got, and it was caos with the booking girl..

She and her mom were so kind with us. Location where we stayed is cool and pretty close to the sea. I recommend you this owner, she has more than one location to rent in Split.

First of all, do not be tricked - the address provided in the description is nowhere near the place you are going to stay. We stayed at Ignjata Dordjića street (near the park) - it was like 20 min trip to the old town and 30 min from the bus station... However the location wasn't that bad - there was a nice park and lots of beaches about 15 min walking from there. The lady who was living there was helpful however she didn't allow us to use her washing machine :) You get what you pay for...

Actually the place was not So bad. We were like 10 minutes To the center by walking. The problem is That the description is not really the true. We lived in a one room appartement but we were Two couples . So they said To us To sleep on the couch (perfect for a " double private room"). Eventually we had the room and appartement and roomates were Nice! But just we don't like To be lied!!

I will say it how it is, because what you get is not what you see on Hostelworld. It is a room in a family home. It is on a dimly lit street 20-30 min walk from the city center. There are a full 3 generations ranging from a toddler to elderly they live down the hall from you. The house and everything in it reeks of cigarette smoke masked by old lady perfume. 1 bathroom is shared by all make your shower quick cause thats the rule. No lock on your room door. Spend the extra money go elsewhere

First, we didn't know that the map location on Hostelworld wasn't the B&B location but the MEETING POINT. We had to call our host who came by car and drive us in an other location (not so far from the center, but clearly not as close as we thought). Then, we had to pay a "tax" we didn't know about... Not so much but why isn't it included in the price ? About facilities, terrace is great, but the bed was awful : too short for us and very unconfortable ! I do not recommand at all...

After calling the employee (because there is no reception), she picked us up by car near the city center. But instead of driving us to the address where we thought the apartment was, she drove us 15 min away. House was ok, people friendly. The only thing that bothered me was that there was no transparency about the location (ours was 25min walking distance to the city center). The address mentioned on hw is the one of the office of the agency. They told me about 3 different locations they have.

The house is not in the place indicated in the map. It is 10-15 minutes further away walking, so it makes 25-30 minutes walking to cathedral square. The place could be ok, but I don't like to be lied.

What a beautiful home in a lovely location. 2-300 metres from the beach, supermarket, port and markets. The apartment is equipped with a gas and electric stove, electric oven, kitchen, washing machine, air con/heating and bathroom. The property manager was very helpful and advised us where the authentic / value for money restaurants were :) my partner and I will definitely stay again as the price is well worth it!

I Like this Guesthouse!!!!

Everyone was really nice and gentle, they helped us for orientation, very kind people, it is not so far from downtown, but you need time if you go walking.

You get what you pay for. We booked after checking the given address on the map, but were placed in the other "guesthouse" essentially on the other side of town. About a 30 minute walk each day to Old Town. Wifi didn't work, and no one there knows how to fix it, but yet their laptop works fine...The family downstairs was nice, cute blind cat was the highlight. The other plus is it is near a different pier with swimming 20m away. No towels, no shower curtain. Good luck!

Overall a nice stay in Split. Staff were super kind, they even picked us up for free from the bus station. 10 minute walk into town. Doors didn't have locks but it seemed safe in a quiet neighborhood.

If you can't find other things... well, that's ok. But there are other place better. Lot of problem. Before you arrive, you have to call a woman for the agree about the meeting point. She calls a friend of her and this friend takes you to the apartment, that is not the one you can see in the picture. I slept actually not on a bed but on something hard with a very thin mattress placed on top. In the morning you have to leave early, max at 9. Air conditioned just in the common rooms. Low quality.

When we arrived, we could not find the property in the address provided. We looked around for sometime and still were not able to fiind it. After some time of looking around, we called the number given and one of the owners answered and said that she would be there in 10 minutes. After 15 miuntes she came us and started to walk us to the place. We walked a long time (some 20 or more minutes) before reaching the property, which was in a dark earth-path street. In the end, we didn't stay there.

Its not the same house as it is shown on the pictures on the internet. We had to walk up tje street to a bakery for the meetingpoint but then back again to the real house; why not meeting point by the theatre! Bathroom didnt have a door, wasnt clean and we had to share it with the umfriendly couple; contrary of what was promised, our room was ready at 4pm (we arrived at lunchtime), it was so noisy, it felt like the motorbikes are driving next to you. And it didnt have climatisation or wifi.
