If you like bugs in the shower, if you like hearing your neighbor doing 'funny things' just near your room, if you like dirt on your sheets, if you like plastic bags instead of a window, get to Terramar. Sure the location is good and the terrace is really cool but I didn't really spent a good time in Terramar

I had single bedroom and it was alright. The baathrooms could have been cleaner and the place is quite load (even in low season) as doors can't really be closed quietly. Every time somebody used hot water in my part of the building some machine behind my wall started making funny noises. But for the price it was ok. The terrace is nice and there is a kitchen you can use. The hostel is not in the center, but you can walk there or take the bus.

Location is about 25 mins walk from the city centre but it is on a bus route and there would be plenty of nighlife in the area in season. The kitchen closes at 8pm which could be a bit inconvenient for self caterers. However, all was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. I would certainly recommend, if the location isn't a problem.

The owners makes karaoke parties on weekends... and you have to ask them to lower the volume.
