Staff is gentle, but there is a discotheque just in the same square and I think all rooms face to the square. Saturday nights and nights before holiday day will be horrible cause young people out of the disco just shout, drink, cry, beat among them, in the middle of the square, just before coming in the disco and just after session. Police makes nothing. It's a shame.

A good place where spend a night or two...

Very comfortable and relaxed, had everything one needs. The staff were helpful, and the location was good; close to the marina, not a far walk from Castell de Bellver or the Catedral. a quick busride from the historic city center or cala major. All around a very decent place with nice people. Oh, and their directions to the hostel were a bit confusing-- just note that they tell you to get off the 1 bus at gran melia victoria and that isnt a stop they announce, just keep a lookout for the hotel.

I am still here ! :) lovely atmosphere, Jen is lovely and everyone is really helpfull. There is a nice little courtyard where everyoe socialises and there's been a nice mix of yachtie's and travellers. It's clean and relaxed very near the marina's so ideal for dockwalking and it is in pleasant walking distance of practically everywhere and you do feel safe. Most definately recommend it to those wanting a nice in-expensive Palma experience.

They have to give correct bus stop name.

Dirty, cockroaches in the bathroom, unfriendly, strangle little worm wiggling around on the sink, you have to go up a huge flight of stairs to get to it. I would never stay here again. I left after the first night even though I had reserved 2 nights once I saw the cockroaches while taking a shower. Of course, they made me pay the full price of both nights anyway.

Great location, nice walk along the harbour to the city center. Loved the roof top terrace. We upgraded to an apartment since we were staying for 4 nights, and then we got a kitchen and private bathroom. Staff were wery helpful. Only thing, the appartment's floor wasn't really clean when we got it, and it turned worse after a few days. Over all we got what we paid for and would probably stay there again!
