Terraces is a brand new Hostel, conveniently tucked in the heart of Buenos Aires, at the top floor of a completely restored 100 years old building on the world famous Avenida de Mayo. With the Obelisk, the Government House (aka Casa Rosada), The Parlamentīs Building and the Colon Theatre at a throw of a stone, you will easily reach Florida Street, Recoleta, La Boca, San Telmo and any other place you have heard of, within walking distance, a short bus ride (more than 30 city lines in a two blocks radio) or a quick metro experience.

The Hostel itself looks as new as it is, offering spacious rooms with high ceilings, hard wood floors, air conditioning, heating system, backpack sized individual lockers, new mattresses, sheets and duvets. A charming living room equipped with a 29 inches flat screen TV, DVD player, movies and free internet access; and of course, the terraces, in the spectacular heights of Buenos Aires, surrounded by a unique, amazing urban scenery. Get exclusive access to one of the traditional old-styled architecture domes, fully renovated as a reading room and music area, enjoy a delicious BBQ or have a drink and relax under the stars.
The experienced owners lead our english-speaking and resourceful staff, which will be ready to help you with any questions, plans, or ideas; every day, the 24 hours, trying to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as you deserve.
