Upon reaching hostel, we were shown to a room on 1st level, which is quite pleasant and clean. The owner was rather friendly but speaks limited english. They are quite helpful when help needed. Location is very convenient with foods, drink, bars, snack along the roadside and within walking distance to many places . The whole stay was pleasant except some motorcycle noise coming from back alley. Note : Please beware of TRISHAW offering tour service, they are crook , never trust them AT ALL.

Everything is so small! Small room, small double bed, small bathroom and balcony. Really clean and very good location but in a quiet alley. Close to restaurants and bars. It really annoyed me that they turned of the air condition from the reception every once in a while. Had to run down all stairs a couple of times and ask them to turn it on again! Think they took overprice for the laundry..

All in all an average room for a pretty high price. In addition not very friendy staff. Guest House is locked up at 11pm. If you come home later, you have to ring a bell, then the owner opens the door bad-tempered.

The staff is helpful but doesn't seem happy to help. They sold us bus tickets telling us wrong prices, thus they made money on our back. It wasn't much but still, it's always deceiving.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Very helpful guy who seemed to be running the guesthouse. We wanted to book an extra day but he was full in all 3 of his guesthouses, but found us a room in his mothers house at the same standard and same price. Both rooms very clean.

Thanh Guesthouse is a simple hostel but has everything you need to stay for a long time, and the staff is really helpful when you ask for their help. They can also arrange with onward bus tickets and tours.

The hostel locates just at the downtown of Sai Gon (Quan 1). Walking distance to most of the famous traveling places. And what surprised me a lot is that the boss' mother could speak some Cantonese! Therefore we talked a lot and she gave me many good advices.

Mekong delta tour was crappy, hostel tried to overcharge us for motorbike taxi and doubled their rates at the last minute. No proper reception or receptionist, more of a busy family home who rented out rooms just for the sake of it, so don't expect much hospitality either. No one was around when we were leaving although we informed them of our check out time the night before. Price list displayed is a scam. Room was ok and clean, but you can get much cheaper rooms around the same area. Avoid.

Lovely place to stay. Only thing to watch is down an alley although you are looking along the road for it. A local will point you in the right direction. Alley feels very safe, lots of bars and spas all the way along and other guesthouses. Right next to the bus pick up and drop off points! The lady is very kind and full of smiles although her English is very limited although she does have a man that helps her translate. Good value for money we thought.

12 usd the facilities were rally poor. We hire a service from the Hotel, it was a Bus from Ho chi Min to Hue, we spent 23 usd, the tickets weren't confirmed as the managger from the Hotel told even we asked him twice, we had to stop and change the bus in the middle of another city, at night we had to look for a room and spend more money when there was no need, we lost our hotel reservation in Hue so everything that he promissed was a lie.He said to us that we really cared about his customerslier

Staff was not friendly, the younger girl was very rude. It was clean so that was good and location was great with close to the backpacker area.
