Very good location but as it is their living quarters there are always kids running about and there is no common area to meet other travelers. We paid 20 us dollars for airport pick up and since have found that other people only paid 10 us dollars for a regular taxi at the airport to the exact same area. We stayed for 4 nights and not once was the room cleaned and we had to go and buy more toilet roll ourselves. Bring your confirmation details as they are likely to add on a few extra dollars!

The location of this hostel is good, just off the main backpacking street where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. It is also easy to hail a taxi to get you around the city. It was a bit awkward staying here as the staff sleep in the tiny reception area and go to bed early, so if you come back even at 10pm you feel bad as you have to wake them up to let you in then tip toe around them to get to your room.

The family running the hostel have several buildings on the same alley, all kept very clean. The room, including walls and sheets, was both tidy and clean. Basic facilities with no towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. They arranged my taxi back to the airport at affair price and held my bag while I explored in the afternoon. Basic facilities but cared for, not too hard to find, central location near lots of restaurants and walking distance to the market, cathedral and other sights.

The toilet is TOO small. The shower heater screw came off and water gushed out and couldn't be stopped; thankfully I managed to fix it. Wish there was a chair in the room and the staff could have provided a map of the city and introduce places of interests. Wish there was breakfast provided as well. Compared to another hostel I've stayed in Vietnam for the same price, this hostel pales in comparison. Good points are: clean, air-conditioned, backpackers area, near to the bus which goes airport.

Great location in a small alley next to the busy street. It was quite hard to find, because there were no clear signs to the hostel. Facilities were good, own bathroom and wifi in the room. Staff was nice and helpful. Great value for money!

The hostel was located down an alley just off the main backpacking street. On arrival I was a little bit cautious of the location being a single female traveller but I couldn't have been put more at ease by the owners/staff. I've never met such friendly and helpful people, they were there 24/7 and made me feel welcome as if I was staying in their home. I would definitely recommend this hostel. Great value for money and service.
