Great place to stay. we loved the location. But we felt unwelcomed by the staff. While the people working here seem nice, they seem to not care about the tourists who stay. I would prefer to stay somewhere where the staff are very friendly. Otherwise, the room was very nice, very clean, nice hot water and good AC. Loved the English Cable TV, too!!!

Individual rooms, clean, located in the backpackers area, but in a small alley.

Awesome staff!!! Eager to help and answer any questions you have. Rooms were clean. Only ten minute walk away from most tourist attractions. I would definitely go back

Hostel is located around 10 minutes walk from the Bus station. It's down a small alley way from the main street which is where the backpacking area is located. You'll see a sign and approach the people standing around there, may not coherently speak English but they are really nice. Beds where ok though my Partner said they were a bit dusty, the toilet and shower were attached to the bed room that was locked and a key provided. Late at night be quiet family lives in bottom floor.

water heater not function during early morning... some lamps also... room clean... not easy to find this hostel... location nice...

If it is your first time to Vietnam, like it was for me and you come from a quality western lifestyle, then the area on first sight is questionable, however once you meet the people who run and own the Hostel yo will totally glad you went there and as we did, we extended our stay. It is in the heart of the tourist area and walking distance from a massive variety of food and entertainment, ATMs, street based food stalls, 24 hour 7/11, I would happily go back there again. Close to all bus tours

Down an alley with unfriendly staff. Was charged more for our room because they wanted to put us in a bigger room. Would only recommend to stay for a night. It is in the heart of backpackers area but there are plenty options elsewhere

Nice staff, but lots of their children playing downstairs all day long and therefore lots of screaming and very noisy in the hotel. Unfortunately they start already at 7 in the morning. Apart from the noise it is a nice hotel, clean, friendly and very central.

We've been staying here for two weeks and it's great. The room is small, but equipped with everything you need, comfy bed, TV, fridge, wifi, ensuite. Kept very clean, staff are very nice. Moped rental is good deal. Location is great right in the middle of everything. Loads of great food stalls, restuarants, bars and shops near by. Good price for the room. Very quiet.

A little awkward to find after hours, as the gates are locked, but it is a 24 hour facility and they will open and let you out anytime. For price, it's good, and location was good too. English was a bit tough for one lady, but the other sister was better. Would stay again.

Was good for backpackers but the language barrier was a bit of a problem.
