There was no real check in. I was directed to follow one of their staff members, who walked quickly up the stairs ahead of me. There was no offer to help with my luggage up the set of narrow stairway. No shampoo or soap and toilet paper were provided. The air conditioner was weak.

In first sight the hostel looks nice. Room is clean enough and has everything you need. But the guy of the hostel is really rude. He is never nice to his guest, is always asking what you are gonna do, and thinks only about money. At check out he asks to much money. Laundry service means, not cleanning your laundry, everything was still dirty. We did not feel comfortable with staying here! I recommend to search for another cheap hostel or even pay a little bit more for a better place.

Nice hotel in a little alleyway, rooms have A/C, fan, towels and fridge. Very good location, would recomend to everyone.

Great location, off the main drag in an alley but still right in the thick of it. Lovely staff, nice room. Basic and small room but great value for money compared to other places in the nearby area.

We spent there 3 nights, its in a small alley off a busy road, loads of vietnamese families with children around, we didnt really speak to the staff, im not sure if they would have understand us. Id still go back, there is really nothing to complain about for that price 😊

Compare to other hostels I have ever stayed this is the best one, from professional staff....etc....to quality of accommodation. Highly recommend to every one

I did not use any facilities. The place is well located - in the centre, but with windows for calmer zone. Room is small but sufficient for an average backpacker. Price is rather low as for Saigon (from what I checked online). Unfortunately the room and towels were quite dirty. No rats or cockroaches, but not working shower, water not going down and dust etc on the floor.

Horrid staff. Wonderful location. Fine bed, warm shower, good wifi.

The security and cleanliness of the guest house were good as well as the location, being in the center of the city with many bars and restaurants around (even though they are quite pricy). Unfortunately the owners were not that friendly and helpful, charging too much for their extra services and tours (around the corner it's more than half the price for laundry and tours). Most of the day and until late night it's extremely noisy because of a family that's constantly shouting and playing loud TV

Great place to stay. we loved the location. But we felt unwelcomed by the staff. While the people working here seem nice, they seem to not care about the tourists who stay. I would prefer to stay somewhere where the staff are very friendly. Otherwise, the room was very nice, very clean, nice hot water and good AC. Loved the English Cable TV, too!!!

Individual rooms, clean, located in the backpackers area, but in a small alley.

Awesome staff!!! Eager to help and answer any questions you have. Rooms were clean. Only ten minute walk away from most tourist attractions. I would definitely go back

Hostel is located around 10 minutes walk from the Bus station. It's down a small alley way from the main street which is where the backpacking area is located. You'll see a sign and approach the people standing around there, may not coherently speak English but they are really nice. Beds where ok though my Partner said they were a bit dusty, the toilet and shower were attached to the bed room that was locked and a key provided. Late at night be quiet family lives in bottom floor.

water heater not function during early morning... some lamps also... room clean... not easy to find this hostel... location nice...
