Loved this place! Stayed an extra two days. Staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms/bathrooms are nice and clean. Good to have cable channels and fridge in the room, could maybe do with a little safe box? Great location, minutes from the action but quiet in the rooms, lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Very helpful staff, well-organized, good service. Stayed there two times during our trip and would definitely come back.

Rooms were too small, even the ones for $20 dollars per p/p. We found another next door where we stayed for one night to have better facilities and room more spacious for the same amount. But the people at Thanh were very helpful and friendly and even carried our luggage all the way to the 4th floor.

Great family-run guesthouse -- friendly 24-hour service, free strong wi-fi and two free computers, sheets and towels changed daily (though bathroom had some mold), well-stocked refrigerator, solid tours booked through them. No breakfast, but great location in District 1 near everything, with lots of restaurants, street carts, bars and cafes.
