Generally a nice hotel in a good location but the reception staff was quite rude and unhelpful and charged for a phonecall they made on our behalf to another hotel which seemed unnecessarily mean. Didn\'t actually stay here as they \'lost\' our booking. The did find us alternative accommodation as they were full, but they kept my deposit. Very disappointed.
