The second time I've stayed here and the staff are absolutely lovely. They are more than happy to help with anything they can, including a 4AM taxi ride back to Da Nang airport!

Friendly staff and good facilities. Bathroom could do with updating but functional nonetheless. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Hotel is reasonably priced in a handy location in Hoi An. The buffet breakfast is great, rooms are tidy and the hotel has neat character. Highlight is definitely the staff. They went above the call of duty &even though I went & stayed at another resort after only staying with them for one night they were helpful - arranged a shuttle for me to go out to my resort and even organised a shuttle for me to go back to the airport! Downside was my room smelt a bit damp - but it was clean & tidy!

I had a fantastic stay here. I arrived quite sick from a night bus at 6am. Check in time wasn't for 6 hrs but seeing my wrecked condition the staff, in particular Chu, went out of their way to get me into a room fast. Within an hour they had a bigger room than I'd booked ready for me at no extra cost. Extremely professional staff, great location, very clean, brilliant breakfast and overall good value. No question, just stay here.
