I wouldn't often give a 100% rating but this is a really good hostel. Very near the bus station (don't bother with a taxi you can easily walk), great views over the city from the sky bar, nice rooms, a free beer every day. They let us check in at 8.30am! Breakfast decent enough and free table tennis and pool. Only minor quibble is that the wifi is inconsistent, but overall a great hostel and would recommend it to anyone.
very happy with this place, only a 5min walk from the bus terminal, and they give out 1 free beer per person a day
Loved staying here more than any other hostel in La Paz. Great pancake breaky, cheap meals and awesome bar. Close to the bus station and only a short walk into the centre of town. Plus a free beer! Awesome.
Great free beer. Pancake breaky included but gets boring. Hot showers. Good location close to bus station and less than 10 mins away from touristy area. I would stay again.
It's a party hostel, make no mistake. They make you wear a bracelet while you stay too.
We enjoyed our time at the adventure brew. The facilities are good and the breakfast and the free beer every night is great! We were no overly impressed by the staff who seemed rather disorganized and uninterested in helping the guests. We ended up booking all our activities externally as a result. The wifi is also extremely unreliable but I'm starting to think that that is just typical of Bolivia. But not a bad place to spend a few nights!
Location is not too bad. Although mentioned otherwise on certain platforms. There was not really much going on the days we were there. Sadly our room wasn't that clean. The beds were OK, but have seen many travellers before us. On the second day the Internet was not working in one of the buildings, and was a bit slow. Showers are hot, but moody.
Breakfast included but very basic (pancakes). A bit noisy at night. There was a party going on in the neighborhood.

This hostel had a lot of good features and we would recommend it to others. It's right next to the bus station and pretty close to the main plaza. Unlimited pancake breakfast, free beer every night and late check out was definitely amazing. Beds were comfy, but it can get loud at night because of the bar downstairs. There is a pool table, ping pong table, and a travel agency there too.
If you've been travelling through Bolivia and Peru, Adventure Brew's pancake breakfast is a really nice change from the usual stale bread with butter and jam. A small free beer every evening is sweet too but the noise from the bar won't keep you up at night, especially if you're on the second level. Wifi was decent and showers were mostly warm. The kitchen could be cleaner and could use a bit more cutlery.
This place is a great place to stay if you are looking to enjoy a few of their own brewed beers and meet folk. It has the option of dorms above the bar or their are quieter private rooms along the street. The hostel had everything you would need and was clean, welcoming and lively. The kitchen is definitely worth frequenting (although street food in La Paz is tasty and cheap) as is the bar. Not a bad shout although there are certainly cheaper places in La Paz in similar locations.
They have individual lights and individual energy plugs in the room, nice facilities, a nice bar and one beer for free. We didn`t use de kitchen. The staff was only good because ther was a girl who is very confuse,, almost made us lose our bus to Copacabana once she couldn't call us a taxi and had informed to us a wrong bus schedule. The other ones were helpful.
Great hostel, would recommend. Very cool that you get a free beer each night. Nice to have pancakes for breakfast but if you are staying here a few days you might start to crave cereal and bread. Location was good as only a 10 minute walk to the main square and around the corner from the bus terminal. Staff were helpful and the bathrooms were cleaned regularly.
Wi-fi sięgnął could be stronger and some improvments to breakfast menu can be considered
I really enjoyed my stay there. If you want to book a tour to the Salar de Uyuni better don´t do it there. The Agency they worked with was quite a mess. Our guide didn´t explain a word on the whole 3 days tour... Apart from that some don´t like that there are just pancakes for breakfast every day. I love pancakes and they where quite well so I can´t complain. It´s close to the bus terminal (3 minutes walk), so you don´t need to take a taxi. All in all a great place to stay and to meet people.
While the location is garbage, the hostel is clean, beds are comfy and cozy, and the vibe in the bar is nice. Breakfast is average and the wifi is spotty, but if you want a hostel that isn't empty but also isn't a super party hostel, this place is for you.
The hostel was pretty alright, it's a party hostel, so if that's your thing, then it's fine. It's actually 2 buildings. One where the private rooms are, and internet works, and the other one, the overflow parking, filled with dorms. It had a nice cosy bar, It was really close to the bus station, and had a good atmosphere.
We had a private room ensuite. Downhill from the bus station (~ 5 min walk). Within walking distance of Plaza San Francisco, the witch markets and the strip tourist goods shops. Staff was competent. Gravity's, tour company offering death road rides, representative desk located onsite. Two separate buildings but next door to one another. Breakfast is pancakes every day, which can get boring very quickly. Capacity of the hostel and the nightly free beers results in social atmosphere.
