Great location, great beer, great rooftop bar & great breakfast!
We only stayed at Adventure Brew having been in Wild Rover before. We had a private room which was spacious with a clean bathroom, the only downside was the bed was on the small side. The main pro of Adventure brew was it was really quiet. If we returned again we would stay here over Wild Rover for that reason.
Nice hostel, good for meeting people, pretty good location (close to the bus station), friendly staff, clean and safe.
Nice hostel ... Close to the bus station ... Chilled out .. Not a full on party hostel but easy n relaxed vibe ... Wifi is a bit dodgy at times .. But apart from that all good ...
Double room in 3-6 had a massive smell problem, drains stunk the room out, really unpleasant. Staff were friendly but rather disorganised, what event was on in what part of the hostel was a guesssing game. Checkin was a bit crazy. Overall should be a good hostel, nice beer and good bars, just missing some spark!
Good facilities, but lacking in atmosphere compared to Loki and Wild Rover. Fine for a few nights, but if you´re looking to party I would choose one of the other aforementioned hostels instead.
Awesome hostel 3 mins walking from the bus station (so do not bother with a taxi!) 2 bars in the hostel always filled with people to meet each night. Rooms are good, beds are good and showers are hot! FREE beer every night too;)
Very friendly staff, good kitchen facilities, cheap laundry service, good location and a good restaurant. When were in La Paz it was very cold and unfortunately there are no heaters in the rooms. But you can rent hot water bottles or portable heaters. The only bad thing was the smell in the bathrooms. But we could handle this.
I liked the hostel but I got a very bad case of food poisoning from their food and was in hospital for 24 hours on a drip because of them.

Not a party hostel, but a place where you can have a few beers and a laugh. My room was under the bar and I didn't hear the noise. Large lockers in each room + small lockers with power in reception. Secure left luggage - would be happy leaving my bag there for a few days. Great location for the bus station. An easy, short, walk to town. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I stayed here for one night purely for the location:the bus station is only 5-10 minute walk uphill.I found it difficult to sleep as it was quite noisy until 1am.The room was dark and a bit dilapadated.Wouldnt stay here again if I was in La Paz.
Drains in the bathroom smelt and the bedding was dirty. If you're unlucky enough to get a room facing the LOUDEST busiest road in La Paz. I'm sure a room not facing the road would have been fine. We stayed in a private double in the b

good place to meet people and very helpful staff
Good location for passing through, right next to the bus terminal. The Staff speaks good English, but was not so helpful (bad recommendations, only trying to sell their own stuff). Small double-bed. Breakfast is weird, as they serve a big pile of pancakes which you have to warm up yourself, just like the coffee.
Nice hostel with great staff - very friendly. It was a little cold at night could of done with another blanket.
Great hostel, clean, helpful staff, pancake breakfast with additional options. Showers a bit temperamental with temperature... Hot then cold
Great place to stay. We went to Bacoo the first time around in La Paz and froze our butts off. Adventure Brew was much better. Kind hostel workers, warm and comfy beds, relative silence at night (despite the hub of activity happening at the pool table downstairs) and a 15 minute walk to the center of town. Would definitely reccommend this place over Bacoo!
A really good hostel, nice atmosphere, free beer (which is always good!), rooms were comfortable with good lockers and beds.
It was not a good hostel. It was freezing cold there and there was no heating (unless you pay extra), so I had to make to with a bottle of hot water. The shower was hot, but it couldn't keep a stable temperature (it was oscillation between burning hot and freezing cold in about 15-30 second intervals). This made showering almost a torture. There was barely any life in hostel (for once I go to a party hostel to have fun at the end of my holidays and then there is no party).
