It was ok, but disappointing. We booked it because we though the sky bar was cool, but it only opened until 6pm, then it was only the bar in the other hostel which was fine but nothing special. Not much buzz or atmosphere. Had a good pool table though. Room was fine. Location isn't great unless your off to the airport the next day.
It costs an extra B17 to book via hostel world (for a double)! If you want to book maybe only book one night then extend. Pros: free beer, long happy hour, near bus terminal, unlimited pancakes for hungry people. Cons: Rooms are dark and depressing (we had a double), rooms at the front are on main road so noisy (we moved to back), Out of centre so felt a bit sketchy after dark (does have on site restaurant). We moved to a place in the centre which was slightly better and cheaper.
This is located a fair walk from everywhere you actually want to go. It's also next to a really busy road that has a lot of noise day and night which meant we woke up really early each morning. We were using war plugs too. The internet was really slow and didn't work in the rooms. There was hardly any atmosphere and not that many people. I wouldn't stay here again, many other places that are better
Good WiFi for La Paz. Free pancakes for breakfast and nice bar in the hostel...cheaper than Loki too! Nice fredly vibes and a relaxed but fun atmosphere. Free beer at 8pm and otherwise a good selection of nice selection of microbrews and decent food! Staff don't have so much information about the local area however and the employee at the Kanoo Tour desk is very curt. Better off going to the main office in town to book anything.
Very basic hostel, wifi is working well, staff speaks English
Great hostel. Location is a bit away from most attractions, but at least its close to the bus terminal. Not a party hostel, so if that is what you are looking for - this place is great. WiFi is great and the staff is excellent. There is a Kanoo travel agency in house, so that is a great plus.
We stayed in the b&b and we're really pleased with the room. The b&b is basic, with a kitchen for preparing own lunch or dinner and then the bar and all other social facilities are located just a few doors down at the main hostel. Bed was comfy and lots of blankets to keep warm; my only suggestion would be to include towels in the private rooms, it would be a huge plus. The hostel location is great, only a short walk to the markets and restaurants of the centre. Great taxi service too.
Had an amazing time here! Fun atmosphere, but not too rowdy for the most part. Little ways from the tourist area but it's a cool walk. Traffic is super loud in the morning but I think that's just La Paz. The staff who were volunteering were so much fun and it's just generall a cool place to be :)
Good stay. Great location.

I wouldn't often give a 100% rating but this is a really good hostel. Very near the bus station (don't bother with a taxi you can easily walk), great views over the city from the sky bar, nice rooms, a free beer every day. They let us check in at 8.30am! Breakfast decent enough and free table tennis and pool. Only minor quibble is that the wifi is inconsistent, but overall a great hostel and would recommend it to anyone.
very happy with this place, only a 5min walk from the bus terminal, and they give out 1 free beer per person a day
Loved staying here more than any other hostel in La Paz. Great pancake breaky, cheap meals and awesome bar. Close to the bus station and only a short walk into the centre of town. Plus a free beer! Awesome.
Stayed here for 2 nights and it was a clean, big room with a good shower and comfortable bed. Not much atmosphere in the one we stayed in, but the 20 second walk to the main Brewhouse was worth it as there's a much better atmosphere there.
Great free beer. Pancake breaky included but gets boring. Hot showers. Good location close to bus station and less than 10 mins away from touristy area. I would stay again.
It's a party hostel, make no mistake. They make you wear a bracelet while you stay too.
We enjoyed our time at the adventure brew. The facilities are good and the breakfast and the free beer every night is great! We were no overly impressed by the staff who seemed rather disorganized and uninterested in helping the guests. We ended up booking all our activities externally as a result. The wifi is also extremely unreliable but I'm starting to think that that is just typical of Bolivia. But not a bad place to spend a few nights!
Location is not too bad. Although mentioned otherwise on certain platforms. There was not really much going on the days we were there. Sadly our room wasn't that clean. The beds were OK, but have seen many travellers before us. On the second day the Internet was not working in one of the buildings, and was a bit slow. Showers are hot, but moody.
Breakfast included but very basic (pancakes). A bit noisy at night. There was a party going on in the neighborhood.

This hostel had a lot of good features and we would recommend it to others. It's right next to the bus station and pretty close to the main plaza. Unlimited pancake breakfast, free beer every night and late check out was definitely amazing. Beds were comfy, but it can get loud at night because of the bar downstairs. There is a pool table, ping pong table, and a travel agency there too.
