The Architect has all the amenities to enjoy your stay. It is located in the heart of Seville, from where you can enjoy the city without getting lost anything.
Located in the Plaza Nueva, one minute short of the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Archivo de Indias or Alcazar, 2 minutes from the Santa Cruz neighborhood and very close to the Torre del Oro, the Triana bridge, bullring la Maestranza, etc.
This new hostel backpackers are prepared with all the benefits you can expect from a hostel first class,including: clean and spacious rooms with free lockers, a large common area with kitchen equipped and a large terrace.
We'll help you find the best events, clubs, restaurants, tapas bars, flamenco, etc.. all of them are located very close to our hostel.

Its very hard to find, no directions from the bus. I got there to one of the male staff screaming upstairs at the TV. He's rude and has no interest. Out of all the staff only one helpful and approachable. No toilet paper, the kitchen is very unclean, food in the sink and rotting in fridge, watch out for the sink sponges! The place has not one touch of Spanish influence, everything is Ikea including the mattresses. Please don't get the impression that its a fresh designer hostel its far from it!

Payment and cancellation Special Conditions Easter (Apr 1st to Apr 8th) and Feria de Abril (Apr 24th to Apr 29th)
All full payment must be done by Feb 29th 2012
All cancellation must be done by email at least 7 days prior arrival. Not by phone. In case of late cancellation or no show, there is not refundable

En los periodos de Semana Santa y Feria de Abril para la formalización de la reserva será necesario abonar el 100% de la estancia antes del 29 de Febrero del 2012.
Política de cancelación
Las cancelaciones en los periodos de Semana Santa y Feria de Abril necesitan estar hechas por mail. No se aceptarán cancelaciones hechas por teléfono. Y deben ser realizadas como mínimo con una semana de antelación. En el caso de 'no-show', es decir no venir el día de la llegada, no se devolverá el dinero abonado a la reserva
