Very good, owner very friendly

Derek was very helpful and welcoming! The hostel is above a pub and he was kind enough to give us keys to the entrance so we could have 24/7 access. It's only an 8-10 minute walk from the tube so was very convenient to get into the city. A nice quiet, residential area. Clean room and bathroom upon arrival. Over the course of the weekend, more travelers came so the cleanliness of the bathroom was to be expected with high use. Overall, an absolutely wonderful first hostel experience!

Perfect place to stay in West London! Easy access to central London and Heathrow. Accommodation has all the facilities one needs and a great quiet little pub downstairs with cheap pints and an even better host in Derek who will help with anything you may need! Wifi super fast too!

Stayed a while to get set up in London for work and it was a great place that started feeling like home. Would definitely come back! Hostel is above a pub off a main street so not too noisy but close to shops in a nice safe area. Access into city is easy on the tube. Staff are consistently excellent and very accommodating - the owner, Derek, is awesome. Atmosphere is relaxed. Clean throughout. Large showers. Great value. Been traveling 4 months and this is one of the best hostels anywhere!

I stayed in a single room so was very comfortable. The landlord was especially welcoming, and created a nice comfortable place to stay.

Great accommodation very close to the station linking you to everything in London. Always very clean, Derek's service was best I've experienced and the best night sleep of the entire trip. It had all the facilitues you would want with a great little kitchen and wifi was super fast. Couldn't recommend this place any higher and would not stay anywhere else in London.

Thanks mate much appreciated, see you next time...

good value, clean and basic. A way out of the centre, but good tube and bus connection. Notice several previous reviews mention doggy looking people in the bar, these are Londoners, a rare sight today but these were the people that inhabited London before it's Islamization.

Hey thanks for your comments. I am a bit puzzled however, where are the several previous reviews mentioning dodgy people in the bar????

Great place at reasonable rates. Facilities kept very clean. Great staff - very helpful. Lots of supermarkets and shops nearby. Only negative is distance into city but the tube station is very near so it is an easy journey. Relaxed atmosphere and the pub downstairs was never too noisy. Full clean kitchen. Two bathrooms. Never had to wait for shower/toilet. Towels, maps, hair-dryer provided free which is awesome.

Very friendly owner who keeps the hostel clean, and is really willing to help you with any type of advise. The only thing we thought was uncomfortable was the shower, which was extremely hot. It would be nice if the water temperature had been adjustable. Furthermore, great!

If you want to get in touch with London's everyday life then this is your hostel! The owner is really friendly and helps if you have any questions. It is situated in Acton which is not that nice for tourists, but you get in touch with normal people and workday London life so you feel like living in London when you stay there. In the Pub downstairs you get an excellent Guinness for less money and you will easily get in touch with people from neighborhood. A simple real place to stay.
