well the location was very convenient, and right from the entrance you feel secure and all, the staff also speaks good english. but the rooms are unnecessarily close to each other with very thin walls, and not perfectly clean, but for the money you are giving, it is still worth it.well the location was very convenient, and right from the entrance you feel secure and all, the staff also speaks good english. but the rooms are unnecessarily close to each other with very thin walls, and not perfectly clean, but for the money you are giving, it is still worth it....Close

We asked for and booked what we thought was advertised as a 4 bed room, we got 2 beds for 4 people! Unacceptable "false" advertising, very disappointed with Hostel World and the Hotel. The staff is very helpful and speak many languages. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean.They also have a computer at the reception if you need to use internet, but for €4,00/hour which seemed to me a bit too expensive but useful as there wasn't any internet cafe nearby. There are restaurants and metro lines on the surrounding area and the Stazione Ceantrale is 5-8 min walk away from the hotel.Breakfast is included.I really reccomend it! They were very accommodating,however; breakfast consists of coffee and a roll and internet is not free (though cheaper than an internet cafe). Only a few blocks from the train station, but definitely a subway ride from downtown Milan.
