The hotel is good but you have to pay for the internet, and that is expensive.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly! They helped us a lot, and also spoke perfect english in case needed. The hotel itself is very basic, but of course that;s also what you pay for. Biggest downside was the fact you had to pay 2,5 euro for half an hour of WiFi..

stayed just 1 night - late arrival, early departure. One of the in-window blinds was broken but no problems for that

Good location, very close to the train station and metro station just a few stops to Duomo. Just the weather is very hot but we can't turn on the air-con because the main switch is off so a bit stuffy at night.

Some issues with the location of the bathroom, in the middle of the room which caused some noise when used during the night.

Good and nice hotel to stay for one or two days. My bed wasn't great, it had a dibhole or chuckhole in the frame of the bed with the result that it was uncomfortable. For the rest the room was clean and the breakfast ok. Staff is friendly.

I think that today we dont have to pay more for internet wifi. The hotel was good for one night.

Good value hotel close to city centre.... Breakfast is awful, use long life milk, only 1 type of cereal. Very little choice

If it is your last option, then stay there. Otherwise you can easily find a better hostel just surfing on internet for a few minutes. I can not say the worst hostel but i do not recommend a long stay in this hostel. If my room was a double room, i could not imagine a single room !!!

Very nice hostel - motel. Lovely staff, very nice breakfast.

Not a bad hostel with a good location. Wouldn't recommend an extended stay here but I used a double room with en-suite for a one night stop over before moving on and it was fine. The double bed was two singles and one was about 3 inches higher than the other (and you couldn't sit up in bed without it sliding along the flag floor). Overall orangey decor didn't feel clean and the room only just fit a bed but that is all I needed/ Quite cheap and very helpful staff.

The location is Good, close to the main station and corso buenos Aries. There is a good coffee shop nearby called Lino's which offers a good substitute for breakfast. BUT the hotel itself just seems unclean, the room was small and there were a couple of ants in the sheets, there were 2 holes in the roof. You could find better for this price.

Wifi service is quite expensive. It's 2.50 euro for half an hour but the location is good. It's nearby the central station and is 3minutes walk away from the famous shopping street corso bueno aires. Breakfast buffet is basic and good ranging from toast to corn flakes. There's also a Barista who prepares coffee. There are also many cheap eats in that area

This was the worse hotel on our stay. The room was tiny; so tiny that the bathroom didn't have a proper door, just a sliding partition. It was also far too warm in the room and the air conditioning unit was completely ineffective. Breakfast was poor and not worth bothering with. On the second morning we didn't even get offered a coffee. Saying that if all you want is literally a crash pad the room was cleaned and bedding changed both times we were there.

Fine for a cheap hotel, unfortunately the first room we had had a serious mould problem which dripped on you when you showered, however the staff were very accommodating and moved us immediately.

Staff very helpful, room was basic, but clean, short walk from Central Station so easy to find. Air conditioning in the room wasn't very powerful (it was August), but otherwise a good hotel, clean, welcoming. Had to pay for WiFi access in 1 hour or 2 hour blocks of time. It would have been better if we could buy 24 hour access. TV did not have any English speaking channels - but many Italian channels. These limitations are minor and would not prevent me staying here again.
