The Best Inn at Kolkata was smart, clean & comfortable - comfy beds, air-con & a good shower with lots of hot water ! The service was superb with attentive & efficient staff ready to help at all hours of the day / night. I also felt extremely safe there. Location was good - in a peaceful area of the city away from the hustle & bustle of the centre but still within easy reach of main attractions too. A stress-free stay !

Good location but hard to teill taxi to go there. You need to mark the subway and remember the way to hotel. Room is OK,small but clean and privacy. Valued the money you paid.
