lokacija zraven Kalemegdana, center 5 min hoje, ZOO 2 min, zastoj parking
Goog hostel with very hospitible atmosphere!!! Staff very helpful!!! Thanks to the information from the reception I found a local inn downstairs with folk live serbian band!!! ...and the party lasted till 5am...I stayed there for 10 nights...Very well secured (basically there's always someone at the reception who sees who's coming inside), excellent location!!! (about 10min walk to the very centre)... I truly recommend this hostel for everyone!
The Big Hostel was good value for the money. The big minus comes from the fact that, when I arrived, I had to pay an extra city tax.
Totally worth its price. Good location, easy access from the train station (1 tram)
This hostel is SO cheap. :) Clean and with a lot of space, the common room is great & wide. But staff could be a bit nicer and especially they don't have change. So buy a coffee or something on your way there because they won't accept your big 2000 dinars bills. ;)
The top floor of this hostel is not completely renovated (no wifi, terrible bathrooms, sparse dorms) but the lower floor is quite nice. Definitely request a lower room if you can. The common area has fast wifi and comfortable seating, but no a/c. Staff are fairly helpful, although when I checked out they had no idea about police registration and apparently just don't do it. (btw info about registration: http://www.serbia.travel/useful-info/formalities/entry-and-stay-of-foreigners/)
Very good value for money but is more of student housing. The common room is just a smoking area with only two stove burners for the huge hostel
The floor of comm rooms is great, but the 2nd floor, the one where there are the privact rooms, is too dirty!!!

Great location, although the staff tends to go away and leave the door locked, so a couple of times during our short stay there was a great stampede of people trying to get in and out :) Also, add 1 euro to the price: it is the tourist tax which is not mentioned here on hostelworld. So, actual price will be 11, not 10 euros per night per person. There is no breakfast. But the facilities are quite clean given that there are so many people using them.
this hostel is amazing! first of all 5euros a night!! in a really good area.. 5min walk from belgrade fotreess and the main shopppin street! and there was aircon wich worked amazinlly! stay here
Basic but good hostel with friendly staff. The location is about 10 minutes walking distance from all interesting points in old Belgrade so ideal if you want to explore the city for a few days. Aircondition was working fine in our room. Nice large meeting room.
Easy Hostel, cheap, but worth the money and very helpful staff.
We stayed one night in this hostel. Our room was a double one, but I think that all the room are the same, only the number of beds are different. It seamed like our room was too big for us, and it had just a small closet. The bathrooms are shared and not very clean, but ok. The hostel was easy to get to, good location and quiet.
Well the real price is a little over what is written but that is the case for all Beograd hostels with this residents tax I suppose. The rooms are huge. Common area as well. The kitchen got re-equipped while I was there and became sufficient. There is smoking in the common area but not so many smokers and they smoke by the window, so no problem. It has a feel of boarding school rather than hostel but still it's the cheapest in Beograd and closest to the park so I recommend it.

We stayed 2 times in this hostel because we reserved beforehand but there was always mis-cordination with Hostelworld and we had to stay in different rooms than we reserved. I do not know other hostels but you have to pay in RSD they do not accept euro and you have to pay residental tax.(probably it is a must in serbia) Rooms were clean and fresh, bathrooms were cleaned everyday however bathrooms need renovation because there were no hangers for our staff. Except for that it was in nice venue.
it's a new hostel, but very nice! great dorm and toilet facilities. Nice kitchen and common room. walk distance to the citycenter and citadell.
-Kitchen was not equipped at all -Bathrooms were really dirty (Toilet paper was rare) -Staff was not really helpful and couldn't help us with some questions we had about the city -No free map :( -Common room was good, but we didn't like the fact that people were aloud smoked in it -Room was really big and clean -Lockers were great -Location is okay, easy to reach by tram but Belgrade is small anyway -The value for money is really good, it's a cheap place to stay
Good hostel. It's located in the border of the city centre (15 minutes walking distance to the main square). Friendly staff, good facilities but they have a unusual way of securing the rooms. You do not keep your room key (there's only one per room, no matter the number of people sleeping there) and everytime the room empties you have to leave the key in the reception.
Frontdesk speaks good english and always helps with finding your way around town. The bathroom is always clean and has good showers. However, the dorm rooms are not cleaned regularly and you are alowed to smoke in the common area, this leaves a bad smell.
