We started our first backpacking trip at this hostel and we loved it! The atmosphere is cool and Julia is really friendly. It's located in a safe neighbourhood, and it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the nearest grocery store, where there are some cafes, shops and an ATM in the same area. Montego Bay is 10 minutes away by car, and it's easy to find a route taxi, which is a cheap and safe alternative. Would definetely recommend this hostel for other adventurous backpackers!

A great find and cool set-up in walking distance to local shopping in the neighborhood. I had a good time interacting with the diverse guests and being entertained by Dexter the cat. Pool is great, pool-side bed is awesome, and the grounds well-kept and inviting making it a treat to be outside, night or day. I didn't get a chance to try kite-surfing with our host Julia since I was only there for one night, but other guests enjoyed it so I'll definitely try it next time around.
Loved staying at this hostel! Julia, the owner, is super accommodating and makes you feel welcome the moment you arrive. The pool is a nice place to relax and the hostel is a great way to meet other travelers and make friends. This hostel is not on the beach, but the beach is just a quick cab ride away for just 150 Jamaican dollars. There is also a nice plaza nearby with a supermarket and various restaurants. I definitely recommend staying here.

The pool and garden of the hostel are really nice, it's only located really far outside of the city center, It's a small place but if you stay there with the right people it's a lot of fun.
the owner was very friendly and helpful, the room was good and we were lucky to get an own room instead of a 6 bed. But we were thirsty and there was nothing to drink except alcohol so i think they should get some more drinks and food in the kitchen just in case. And it's pretty far away of the centre, you definitely need a car.
Nice hostel, a house with lots of room, a pool, a useable kitchen and a nice indoor area. Overall a nice place to stay, the location isn't near the beach or shops but you can get there for a few dollars. Ian, the guy who runs it is a nice guy and will help you with anything you need .
It's a great place, one of the few places we liked in MoBay. It is a small hostel where guests and the owners hangout together. It's also a place to socialize for expats in MoBay so every night people would come over and we'd have a few beers and a few laughs by the pool. The only down side is that you need to take a taxi to get anywhere but it is in a nice, wealthy neighborhood. I'd totally recommend it!
