The bungalows are in a beautiful position right on the beach, with all the basic needs. The owner Chris and his wife were extremely helpful with booking ferries and very friendly. Was nice to have a drink at the bar they owned down the road. Not that close to the night life, but for a comfortable, relaxed, friendly atmosphere this place is perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Chris and his family were simply wonderful. As a solo female traveller I was made to feel welcomed and very safe. The huts are lovely and cool and the porches are perfects spots to relax and possibly meet other people should you choose. If anyone is going to koh Samui I would tell them to stay here...

We really liked our stay at the Boardroom beach bungalows. It's in a really good location with everything on the doorstep, from shops, restaurants and the beach. The room were clean and comfortable, everyone was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again, if we were to come back to Thailand in the future and we recommend the Boardroom Beach Bungalows to friends and family. :0)

Super chill and very realxing place to stay. we booked for 2 nights but ended staying 4:) pretty decent bungalows, very basic but clean. Even when it was raining - 2 entire days, chilling on the balcony of our bungalow was just so nice. very good vibe there, the beach is awesome right 25m down your bungalow. Owners are nice and relax, and they have the cutest little boy! You definitely feel safe staying there - there's a super nice security guard every night. would definitely stay there again.

Clean,comfortable,basic accomodation with 5* hospitality. Chris and Apple were very friendly and extreemly helpfull nothing was too much trouble. The bungalow was yards from a very quiet soft sandy beach we felt like we were in paradise.I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend it and we'd love to go back.

I was not impressed. Prison cell like rooms. Bed, 2 hard pillows, 1 blanket and a fridge (no TV as advertised). No communal areas for guests, lots of street noise, deck faces abandoned plot of land, no view, just no atmosphere to the place. I would suggest spend an extra 200Baht and go stay at Como resort just down the beach, (it has a great restaurant, pool, cable TV, helpful staff, hammocks, sun loungers, library, kids entertainment, nice beach, quiet). I was not expecting a 5 star resort.

We had one of the best night in Thailand at the Boardroom, the bungalows are right on the beach, they are simple but clean, you have a fridge, air con, fan, chairs out the front to watch the sunset. The bar is right accross the road, Chris is an awesome host (our one drink turned into a 2am bedtime and sore head the next day) would def stay here again!!!

Nice clean bungalows with ac and a fan, fridge, a deck to chill out on and it is right on the beach. Chris, Apple and Billy make you feel right at home. No stress, relaxing and away from the busy touristy spots. We stayed for one night but came back and stayed 3 more. Value for money! Highly recommend! Thank you Chris and Apple =)

Chris and Apple made us very welcome, location being right on the beach was great. Clean with good a/c and hot water.

Had a great stay in my bungalow. Chris was very nice and was willing to answer any questions my group had. The beach was very nice room was great. Fresh towels every morning ready for when you wake up. Away from the party scene but that was just what we wanted a quiet place to come home to. Thanks for everything would definitly stay here again. moped rental down the street, 7/11 just across the way and an amazing thai restaurant across the street as well.

The owners Chris and Apple are fantastic! We stayed for 4 nights and felt completely at home. Lovely little bungalow with a balcony to sit on and chill out when not at the beach. Security guy in the evenings was very friendly. Also, Apple does the best laundry in the whole of S.E.Asia! Banrak area doesnt have too much in way of entertainment or nightlife, but its easy to get a cab to Chaweng or Lamai.

Great place right on the beach. The owners are very friendly and accomodating, happy to offer up suggestions of what to do on Samui. Would definitely return in the future.

Perfect destination for Xmas and New Year on our travels. RIght by the beach, 5 minute walk from the pier to Koh Phangnan and a 10 minute taxi to Chaweng for the clubs. Chris and Apple the owners were very friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location on the beach..the host is very friendly and room spotless...they have night security which is a bonus to any traveller...next to ferry for koh phangnan and the boardroom bar which is free from the usual bargirls...good food next door..very good...recomend if you want value for money.

Far from nightlife but good for a quiet holiday. Lovely beach a few seconds away.

The room was good, I mean it was very affordable so you get what you paid for, but what really impressed us was the staff. Tanya was amazing, she did a load of washing for us at no cost and was extremely friendly and helpful. We would like to thank Tanya, and would definitely recommend the boardroom beach bungalows and would stay there again.

Nice bungalows with good value for money. The location is excellent if you want to relax, the backyard is the beach, not very close to any party location though if that is what you are looking for. there are no facilities so don't expect anything in that regards, but the hostes was very friendly. In general a nice place to stay.
