I loved this hostel and the owners. They were wonderful! Would love to have my morning coffee out on the front porch.

A good simple hostel with decent facilities, comfortable beds and nice, clean bathrooms. All round very decent.

As a mature woman staying in a hostel for my first time I could\'nt fault The Bridges. My friend and I stayed for nine days as we were attended an event 15min drive away daily. Our room was perfect for our needs and cooking facility was very accomdating to us each day. Staff were so professional and friendly towards us both.and for the occasional time that we used the sitting room this was available also I would not hesitate in returning to The Bridgesi and have no problem recommending same

On the surface there is little wrong with this place. The girl behind the desk was wonderful and the place is very clean but the rest of the stay was frustrating. There is no parking on site, which meant a cold wet walk from the pay station. Wifi is 10 pounds a day! Im not surprised as Ive seen it Belfast YHA too but it is ludicrous in this day to be charging that much. There was a large interview on in the morning who took over the guest kitchen and common areas too. Not too cheap either :(

General speaking, it's a good hostel, good location, friendly staff, enough facilities, but there's one thing I don't like: you can only check in after 5 pm, and you will not get entry before that, which mean you cannot leave your bag in the hostel before 5 pm.
