Came to bulldog 10:00 Got our room 5h later at 15:00??? So bad... We booked on internet so they knew when were arriving. Everything else was awesome, even the breakfast. Our room was so cool!!! The breakfast is great, you can eat as much as you want. Not good quality or selection, but well worth the price (free)! It's a real safe place, security service and guests' behavior is excellent. I'm _really_ not racist, but the black employees at the reception were ignorant, condescending and lazy, whereas the others were ready to help us every second, management should take care of this.The breakfast is great, you can eat as much as you want. It was a great environment and the amenities of the hostel were excellent (bar downstairs, breakfast included). The staff was very kind and helpful. They switched us into a room so we could stay with the rest of our friends. My only concern was the security.
