The Bunkhouse Manly

We are a privately owned budget backpacker hostel located on Pine St in Manly. We’re about 250 metres from iconic Manly Beach and about 10 minutes’ walk from Manly Town Centre.

We have both private and dorm-style accommodation with every room featuring both an ensuite and small kitchenette.

Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, common room with Foxtel, a large backyard and courtyard with communal BBQ, laundry facilities, weekly guest activities, secure storage for guests, guest job board to assist with your stay, mail service, Global Gossip internet hotspot, travel and tour information.

We have a free pick-up and drop-off service from the wharf for guests when arriving/leaving Manly.

Our friendly staff are here to assist you with your stay with ideas and information when they are able.

Our guest guide and notice board is updated periodically with upcoming events and information of things to do in and around Manly.

We have limited on-site parking.

Shopping and local restaurants are just a short walk from our front door.

Dormitory rooms are only available to international travellers, NOT Australian residents.
However Australian residents can stay in our private rooms.

The Bunkhouse Manly is a quieter hostel catered to the traveller who is looking for a comfortable, chilled out, home away from home with that friendly atmosphere you need when trekking the globe.

For Dormitory rooms a $50 deposit is required upon check in for your keys, linen, kitchen utensils (i.e.: plate, bowl, cup and cutlery) and a security against cleaning. A passport is also required upon check-in.
