V V thin walls. The only toilet for non en-suit rooms was also the shower room, so no toilet facilities if someone was taking a shower! Also note there is no-one here from 10.30 - 16.00. You can ring to get them to come and let you in, but they can't always come round straight away and there is no shelter if its raining (This info is not on their website)

Very friendly and accommodating staff, clean and welcoming rooms, decent showers - not great on the decor/style front, but when you're looking for a cheap and well-located night in Chester (only 2 minute walk from the train station) it does the job.

I strongly recommend this place. It is very cosy, clean and with good customer service. The hostel also has lots of little details to make customers feel very comfortable. Thank you very much.
