Small, nice hostel. Good value. Very nice guy checked us in. Clean room, kitchen , and sweet eating area. Had a roust group come in late but it was a Saturday night so what can you expect!

This is my favorite hostel I've ever been in (of course I had a room all to myself). It is absolutely adorable and very clean, the staff treat you like a friend, and it has a great location. It is less than a ten minute walk from the center of town. There is a full kitchen that you can use. The beds are quite comfortable and have very cool 3 level bunks.

I liked the hostel. It was cosy. My only criticism is that there was just one bathroom available for me to use. This meant that I had to queue to use the toilet at night and again to have a shower in the morning.

I liked this hotel. Staff is very friendly. Bedroom, bathroom and cooking are very clean. Location is perfect. I recommand this hotel at all people. If I return at Chester, I go to this hotel.

It was a weird expirience to check in at this hostel.the owner was a bit stoned or drunk i think.. Breakfast for money-you can find better things around. Very clean and comfortable. Close to the rail station.

In a good position for city. Staff very friendly and helpful with ideas of places to go etc. Room and kitchen and dining room clean and bright.

We thought that everything about the Bunkroom was class, the place was spotless and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The manager Chris was excellent at his job and very nice. We would recommend the Bunk room. Jamii Lee & Anna

It's nice but too cold. The heater is weak as well as the water in the bathroom.

There were problems with the shower and the radiator. At first we had no hot water to shower but the staff is really nice. He came immediately to fix the shower , as well as the radiator, who was not working as well.

Feels like being at home.. What I felt, was that I had somebody to rely on during my stay at the Bunkroom. Friendly people, cozy environment and to be honest much more than what you expect from a hostel. I would definitely recommend the Bunkroom! Cheers, Andreas

This is the best hostel I have stayed in UK. It is quiet and the staff was really friendly and helpfu. The facilities in the room are very good especiall we can have wifi in the room. A great hostel!
