Pro's Great location, nice to have an ensuite bathroom. Close to center. And great park infront of hostel. Comfy bed. Cons Noisy airco in room and not working properly, hot in top bunk. No socialize in room because of curtains. Stayed here also 5 years ago and then more positive vibe and no curtains, made it more fun and easier to connect with others.

Only a few lockers avalaiable for valuables. Doors were squeaky and noisy during the evening and need some WD40!! Noisy location but to be expected within city centre. Nice kitchen and tv areas.

A great little place that is pretty close to hop on hop off bus stops and shopping. Friendly staff and great little breakfast.

The elevator is too old and slow but everything else is good, well some showers doesn't have really hot water but they are fine.

Amazing location, really friendly staff and well equipped kitchen. I didn't have to use public transport at all which was great. Split into several buildings so can feel a bit separate, but good communal areas to meet other people.

Beside Spadina Avenue, which is well-connected to many places via transit and pedestrian travel. Most notably, it's really close to Union Station and Kensington Market. The area itself has a lot of character. Security to get in and out is done with a combo of keys and punch-numbers. Security for your things, however, is lacking- small lockers available for smaller valuables but don't think you'll have a lock storage for your suitcase. It will have to go under the bed or beside.

Good place to stay. Rooms a little run down and not as they appeared on the website. I had a top bunk and there were no powerpoints. I had a room with a 65 year old man in it. Staff very helpful though. Also stayed in their apartment suite which was excellent.

Excellent location and clean, safe rooms. Some staff much friendlier than others. The great location makes the hostel excellent value for money. Not much of a vibe going on- perhaps organised bar crawls (or even a hostel bar?) might improve this. Felt a bit exclusive at times as lots of students who clearly know one another taking over the lounge and kitchen. If you aren't looking to spend much time in a hostel, and just looking for a safe, clean base with a good location then it's great!

Was only there for 3 nights. Ended up in the apartment next door. Location very good. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Terrible room mates but that's hostels for you. No power sockets on top bunk which was a bit of a pain.
