We booked the 4 beds deluxe private ensuite but had was a 2-beds bedroom : 1 double bed and 1 single bed, whereas of 2 twin beds. They wanted the 4th person to sleep on a couch which is complete non-sense for a 5 nights stay ! Moreover, we specifically asked (by phone) if there were privacy between the double and the two twin-beds which was not the case at all as a curtain is not privacy. As they didn't want to give us a proper family bedroom, nor refund us, they finally call the police !

Good location , friendly staff .

Location was excellent although large red flashing sign saying honey in chinese outside was a little confusing. Breakfast was good but i felt it could have been included for the price we paid. Rooms were good, shower, ac, hairdryer all excellent. Bed very comfy.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were only a couple of things that could have been improved. The wifi was really unreliable and we had pretty bad connection. The staff were good, except when we were leaving they offered us a private car for the airport and were quite persistant in trying to get us to accept the offer, even though we wanted to take a taxi. In the end we did take a taxi and it was quite a bit cheaper than the private car we were offered.

The hostel is in a great area, within easy reach of lovely Lama and Confucious temples. Helpful staff and nicely decorated, comfortable room. Would certainly recommend this hostel.
