The beds where a little hard and soap and toalettpaper where often missing but everything else was fantastic :)

とにかくドミは安いです。スタッフも三人日本語が喋れますし、他のスタッフも気を使ってくれてとっても良い所です。ついでに地球の歩き方もあるので北京や周辺へ行くのにも参考になりますし、スタッフが皆フレンドリーで、なんでも相談にのってくれたので非常に助かりました。 自分はドミでしたが、毎日掃除とベットメイクをしてくれて清潔。一応ホテルなのでここら辺

friendly and helpful staff

The hostel was wonderful, and well worth a stay. The stay is equally warm and hospitable. The only thing I can suggest would make the hostel better is if they would include better directions. It was easy to get to Chaoyangmen, but the "8 minutes away" was a bit unhelpful. I would say, Leave the station out of exit B and walk South in the direction of the Bank of China building. Once you get to an intersection cross the street take a left, you'll see a sign for Lishi Hutong.

Total misrepresentation. I booked a dormitory and they put me up in workers\' room (without my consent). I only found out on the day of check-out when i walked past the \"actual\" room. I am contemplating to seek for a full refund! Workers\' room is horrible bed, space, smell. There is a lack of transparency for the phone charges....seems like the staff quote any amount that comes to their mind. While located near railway station & shopping belt, it is difficult to get there from metro station.
