Some of the bathrooms were slightly unclean, but the place is fantastic - great kitchen and the chef is a champion, good laundry service, friendly staff, can be a bit noisy in the lower rooms, great internet and also a nice spacious movie room with grouse bean-bags - perfect for the day after... Great hostel, no problems what so ever except that the TV room is taken over by staff quite a lot playing play station. Great staff, rapid response to complaints/issues, defintely recommended! Two problems: 1) water was shut off (due to city work on pipe) and 2) the key to the lock for our room was not working (lock was jammed) but staff replaced quickly!Great staff, rapid response to complaints/issues, defintely recommended!
