To expensive compared to other hostels and what their standard of facilities are. Great staff.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting: shower was full of hairs, very dirty, no toilet paper for two days, dirty. No hot water. the size of the room for 4 people is unacceptable. The linen was dirty, one bed was broken and the carpet an absolute nightmare. The tab in the room was broken, couldn't be turned off. The heating was very dangerous because it was an old radiator which had to be plugged in. The staff wasn't very friendly and we had to make the bed. It's absolutely not worth the money!

Staff was pleasant and very helpful. It is off season and cleaning was not on a daily basis during my stay. WiFi was excellent in the common area, but it was cold in there!!! WiFi was sporadic in the dorm. Common areas had both soft and hard seating. Location is right in town and a stone throw to the bus stop. Fully stocked kitchen.

The location was excellent, the lounge and kitchen facilities were good and very much appreciated. It was great to be able to chill out on a couch and watch TV or cook a meal. The downfall was the actual dorms. The beds are old and need replacing. The room I was in was run down and had a mould problem, which is a health hazard. The whole room stunk of it and you could see where the water damage was on the ceiling. For the price that is being charged, one would expect better maintained facilities

It is a very old house and the nice staff tries to do it's very best, but every guest has to be aware that it is very dirty and untidy. We never would use the shower and had to clean everything in the kitchen before cooking. It is a hostel for a special clientel in a hippietown, so to say.

Not enough toilets or showers, very run down. Lady on reception was lovely though.

Friendly staff, basic dorms, for the price of staying in shared dorm, it had all the facilities needed for our stay. Bit of a mix up with rooms but the staff dealt with it immediately with no hassle. If you are after cheap, no frills self catering accommodation whilst staying in Glastonbury, it's a nice friendly place. Have stayed here before, weekends can be a bit lively/noisy, week days are quiet.
