Perhaps if something could be done about the drainage problem in the shower, that would be good, but I was very impressed that every time I went to shower it was freshly cleaned.

add some plugs in the big dorms (12 people) because only one in the middle it's not enough. add some spot light over the bed so you do need to switch on the light in the whole room

It was okay except for the fact that for a 12 per dorm there was a tiny shower and then a tiny area to go to the bathroom and the toilet didn't work which is a problem, it wasn't fixed the whole time we stayed there which was a couple of days.

It was a very nice hostel. If you want to be in the heart of a hip and up and coming area this is the place to go. If you are looking for peace and quiet you should probobly avoid it. It is located on top of a pub and is sourrounded by other pubs. So needless to say it's quite noisy. The staff was great and helpful if needed and breakfast was delicious. Also the free wifi was great.

Overall a pretty good hostel. Just a couple of things that would have made it a great hostel 1. The only lights in the room were the main ones on the ceiling - would have been good to have a couple of smaller lights around the place so you can pack your stuff in the morning without having to wake up the whole room. 2. There is nowhere to put your stuff (eg. phone/alarm) if you're on a top bunk - a shelf would be nice.

Shoreditch its really the upcoming part of london, great atmosphere and people. You can walk to the center in 20 min or take the overground. The rooms are clean and the stuff is very friendly. even after i checked out i could store my baggage there the whole day. The Dictionary has its own little bar called Translate bar its great to meet people there from all over the world (+free wifi) I highly recommend this hostel!

I did get quizzed at reception when the guy saw that I was quite a bit older than the 18-35 range they prefer. The Dictionary is very nice - bare wood floors, white walls and quite classy. The only negative was an Italian guy waking me and telling move beds because he had claimed the one I was in. I didn't want an argument at 2am because other people were sleeping, and I was told by the staff to take the bed when I viewed the room - it looked empty. Assigning beds might be a good idea.

Great Hostel! Shoreditch is a nice place to stay and the staff is really kind. You just need to take a padlock with you cause the lockers doesn't have.

There is still some work to be done with the bathrooms in the rooms. The showers were small and didn't keep in water. Also, there needs to be wifi throughout the entire hostel, not just the reception and cafe.

This is a nice clean hostel. It's obviously in a process of expansion and construction and I predict it will be a great place to stay shortly. Lack of wifi in the rooms is a limitation. You are currently restricted to using the internet in the bar or reception which is not ideal. Breakfast was simple by good. My only request would be that they start it a bit earlier. It is available at 8am but they are a long walk to the underground so this makes it tight for those of us going to work for 9am.

This hostel is quite different than all the others I ve seen in the past, the staff puts a lot of effort to make everything looks live and creative, free welcome beer, music in the pub, fresh bagels(famous) in the morning, fresh filtered morning coffee etc as, new clean sheets everyday (5 star) , toilets and showers were always clean and good heating hostel is literally 12 mins walk to Liverpool street there are cool clubs bars pubs all around the area. Cool Hostel.
