I arrived late without a booking and they were excellent.it was no problem to stay the extra night. There are a lot of long term residents there which makes it a little intimadating during the weekend drinking times. The hostel toilets were cleaned every morning (I was sleeping right beside them and heard it all). the beds were comfy but getting into the top bunks was a little tricky as there was only one ladder per room!!

I agree with the previous comment. Staff were unapproachable. Dirty kitchen. Lack of character. Beds assigned and 'if you use the wrong bed you will have to pay and extra nights rent and lose key deposit! If this is the best of a bad bunch of hostels in Perth, I dread to think what the others are like.

Most disappointing. Staff were unwelcoming &d unhelpful. The hostel lacked character & instead felt anaemic & like a prison - signs telling you the fines if you did XYZ. The kitchen was dirty with liquids leaking from the fridge throughout the 6 nights. No crockery or cutlery - you had to pay a $20 deposit for this! The social areas were poor; a small outdoor strip & an upstairs TV room which was in complete blackness, door shut and AC on full. Worst of the 7 hostels during my trip to WA.

Next to a warehouse where sometimes music was played quite loudly until 10.30pm, which I didn't like.
