Probably best hostel stayed in Australia - Friendly people - staff v. helpful - with walking maps & driving you to walks. Cooked apple pie & ice cream for guests in evening & wine. Very nice hostel.Staff is friendly. Good location within walking distance from main street in Katoomba. One internet terminal, bit lounge, place to sit in the backyard.

Flying Fox is a lovely, friendly hostel. Pretty clean, and the free breakfast is a bonus. Lots of advice on walks to do.
