Best hostel in Spain I stayed at. Very friendly hostel, great staff, get to know everyone there. Free sangria between 8-9 every night. A meal for €5 if you want it. Beautiful old building, and a great garden and lounge to socialise in. The walking tours were great and think both tours are a must. The bar crawl is also excellent too, my best nights in Spain. For local tapas Los coloniales is a unbelieviable good value for money tapas restaurant the portions are massive for each dish of 2 or €3

Such a great atmosphere and a great location; solo travelers will especially love it. It felt very home-y and we were very comfortable during our stay! Bathrooms could be a bit grungy at times, but that's what you get for using a communal bathroom, and it certainly wasn't bad. Very social hostel and close to the central parts of Seville.

The room we stayed in was kind of small but there was a large common area so it wasn't too bad. The upstairs bathrooms were nice but the one downstairs was a bit dirtier which was kind of off-putting. Their free sangria was really good though, and the 5 euro paella is worth it! Also, Federico is the best, he works the night shift and he is the funniest guy and has good recommendations of what to do around the city if you're looking for non-touristy things to do.

The staff were super-helpful, marking on our maps where we should visit & helping us find places to go see flamenco. The facilities were nice too. The thing that made this hostel stand out (besides the very cheap rates) is how great it was for meeting people - partly just because there were lots of visitors but also because the nightly free sangria & other events brought everybody together and made it really easy to start conversations.

This hostel is so, so chill! It's a good medium size, so it's ideal for meeting people from all over the place, especially over free sangria and 5 euro paella on the terrace out back. I traveled to Sevilla alone, and this hostel was perfect for meeting other travelers. The staff is super kind, very positive and fun-- they have all kinds of cool suggestions on where to go for live music and partying! The vibe is definitely a good one. Keep on rocking, The Garden!

We absolutely loved The Garden Backpacker! The atmosphere was awesome, the free sangria hour was amazing - we met so many great people who were travelling as well. Our room was nice, the bathrooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful and kind. It is a little confusing to find at first, so make sure you check out Google Maps and find out exactly where you need to go! Otherwise, this was one of our favorite hostels!

Absolutely stellar hostel, all the way around. Literally everything was great, except the location. It took a good bit of time to walk to the area where the Cathedral and Alcazar were, but it was still close enough to not be a real bother. This place is everything a hostel should be.

Free sangria every night so your lifestyle may suddenly change to incorporate this generosity. Also makes meeting people easy and enjoyable. Would love to stay here again.

Definitely a sensational hostel! With great staff round the clock, the hostel feels just like a second home. I even extended my stay by another night just because I fell in love with Seville and this hostel play a significant role in it.

This was a great place to meet people, and a really central location as well. Just a 10 minute bus ride from the train station. They do a great job organizing events for their guests, and have a pretty decent kitchen set up for those on a budget! Enjoyed our stay!

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. To begin with, the hostel offers a free sangria hour from 8-9 every night. We arrived at 9:30, but the staff made sure to tell the bartender to give each of us a free glass or a free beer since we missed the free hour. Breakfast was meager, but all you need to get going. make sure you bring a little extra covering for your pillow, though. They are a little sketch. Great location, and wonderful directions to anywhere we needed. Bathrooms were clean.
