The hotel staff were very friendly, and were always available if needed. The initial price is low, but if you need a ride to the airport, or even wifi in your room, it was 6 pounds for these services, each. There was free wifi available from the lounge, but if you wanted it in your room this was a separate charge. I've never heard of this at any other hotel. Overall the hotel was a good experience. The staff are friendly and helpful and it is clearly a family-run business.

Only a one night stay which was very comfortable. Staff responded to request. Had an old cottage vibe. My first time in London so not much to compare it too. Not sure what amenities surrounded the area, I arrived after dark and didn't see much in the area. Service to and from the airport worked out well. All things considered, I liked the room which was clean. Appreciated the quietness and privacy. Felt safe. Priced okay for the accommodations and I would stay again and suggest to others.
