The Grand Hostel Bremen Reviews

Had a great week. The hostel was very clean and also pretty quiet. Good facilities-one kitchen with kettle and dishes and things and another with proper cooking facilities. No showers on my floor, but there were bathrooms, and I never had to wait for a shower. It's true that the hostel is a bit out of the city but the trams are excellent so it's not a problem at all. My only issues were the kitchen with proper facilities wasn't great and there wasn't much of an atmosphere. Still, a good place.

It was my first experience staying in a hostel. The room was very simple, but it was enough for us. We arrived in the evening, made our supper on the 1st floor, where was located quite equipped kitchen. Location of this hostel is very good, supermarket and tram stop in 3-5 minutes to walk. From the airport is possible to get to hostel by two trams: if I'm not mistaken #6 and #2. The staff was amazing:) Young man gave us Bremen's map and showed all the interesting places: where we can eat, dance,

Initially it seemed as though it was miles away from the city centre abut it is walkable and in the middle of nowhere but it is walkable in about 30 mins. Really friendly staff on reception and helpful with information etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were relatively hygenic. The location was quite close to the city centre.

Nice hostel with a fair price. The double (twin) room was really nice and spacious. However the hostel is not in the city centre, it takes only 15 minutes by tram to get everywhere you want.
