I loved to be there, nice the offer of 50% of my first drink. :) Staff very friendly and smiling. Rooms are large and clean.

Very clean and tidy. 2 min walk to the DLR and a great garden, that\'s cool.

This was my first time in a hostel, and it was an awesome first experience! Will definitely be back :)

Would be awesome if there was a kitchen, but it's good there is somewhere to eat.

The disorganization of the hostel was a problem. We were taken to the wrong room first. Pieces of our luggage were missing after being moved to the luggage room without our permission. We woke up with bed bug bites on the 2nd morning there. The staff were very unaccommodating, telling us that bed bug bites dont show up for 7 days. We have had problems with these bites before and know that is completely false. We left early. The manager who gave us the 3rd nights refund was very nice, however.

The hostel is a bit out of the way if you've come to London to see the sights. But the staff and facilities were good. Breakfast was basic, but adequate (toast, cereal, tea/coffee). The bar/pub was a great place to sit and chill.

I paid for a twin room with my work mate, £25 each. It was like a prison cell, infact probably worse! A bunk bed and that was it! NO TV, no furniture, not even a picture on the wall! I have stayed in numerous places over london seeing as most of our work is down there and for the money £50!! this was by far the worse. The accommodation was worth £15 a night each tops. The bar was nice though and the staff seemed friendly enough. Oh and the bog upstairs next to our room was blocked.

The hostel was super friendly, comfortable add great value for money. The service was great, the bar comfortable and plush. Free wifi works well (better than other places I've stayed) Bunk beds are comfortable, with clean soft linen and not squeeky (like I've experienced before). Breakfast was simple but free. I guzzled more than my share of tea. Its a little way from central london, but its still in zone 2 so a £7 off peak ticket serves you just like any centralhostel, and its close to a stat

Nice stuff, breakfast same like all Bestplace Inn hostels - toast, marmalade, coffee, tea, milk, cornflakes, but breakfast is served in plastic dishes:-( We had bad luck probably for the wrong room which was not possible to refresh with fresh air and open windows:-( some little troubles with changing beds, because we get wrong ones...just little messy place and in evening all guests sit with their notebooks and there is no that much common lively atmosphere:-(

At times they play crappy music VERY loud in the common room. Internet works on and off in the rooms. Very nice common room with many comfortable chairs. They charge 5 pounds for a towel. Staff is very professional and helpful! Tube is just a 4 minute walk through the park.

The only thing that is missing is a kitchen to cook food but other than that it is ideal for an alternative stay in London.

we couldn't lock our stuff inside the room since the door system was broken, we had to wait the day after to have it fixed and we didn't even get a beer from the staff to say they were sorry. water inside the shower was continuously switching from cold to extremely hot

Internet isn't great. Staff was rude. There's a bar on the ground floor which is fine but they care more about the bar than the hostel component. Breakfast is a joke. so don't even bother. not worth the money. I don't mind paying that much for a hostel but it should be better than this was. Lots of windy stairs. you most likely will have to go to 1st floor for bathrooms. booked 6 people in a 9 person room and they had us on 3 separate triple bunks with a stranger in the middle. rooms weren't big

Great place to stay, its a little bit away from down town, like 40 mins by rail. but the stop is close by. the views are amazing and theres a nice little river walk near by. i preferred this location and quailty to the place i stayed downtown.

Location good given that it is close enough to travel anywhere in London but equally, far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Bathrroms could really do with more attention given the number of people that use the facilities and so in my view should be cleaned properly several times daily. Breakfast is cereal and toast, tea and coffee but that is fine. Menu at Inn is poor but there are take aways close by and you can take back to the Inn lounge

We think that breakfast should be served at least till ten. And you should definitely have a kitchen so that people could fix themselves something to eat later in the day. And what about cleaning the bathrooms in ensuites? In room 1 it was not cleaned even once in 5 days! However, we had a nice stay and would recommend your hostel. Your location is perfect- a 10 min walk to beautiful greenwich! very quiet neighbourhood for everyone who want to get their sleep after walking around london all day

Some of the showers were very hard to figure out and the bed I stayed in felt like I was sleeping on springs. The wireless Internet although free, was very slow. I had the soup one day and it seemed like it was out of a can? Was expecting "home made" for the price. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the place was very clean. The lounge area down stairs was very nice and comfortable, overall I enjoyed the stay.
